The bed is well finished and there is no gap found after fixing/installation. It is perfect. The required tools and tackles are provided for fixing and easy to install. Packing was too good. Good product. However, performance is shall be certified after use.

The product was delivered with in the promised time.Our lift was not working at the time of delivery.The delivery person was charging 1000 rupees to get in delivered to the second floor.I contacted Amazon customer care raised a message request to seller with the issue.The customer care shared the seller contact number.Person named barber attempted the call and paid the delivery charges.I am very happy they resolved the issue with in a call. Product review: After delivery immediately we received a call from furniture store his name is mohit.he called us for the product delivery confirmation as I raised a message request.he responsed with in no time.As we are new to present area we don't know any carpenter I told the same concern to Mohit.He itself send an carpenter for Installation.The carpenter arrived in 30 mins and completed the installation.we paid the installation charges as it is an DIY and installation is our responsibility. The bed came in wooden box .there is no single scratch on bed .the package was too good.And coming to quality of wood .the finishing is very smooth.the bed itself weighing 200kg .the wood quality was excellent.Before this purchase i searched so many shops .They all are charging 90k for this kind of bed.I am very happy as i received this bed in best price compare to market price.My family also very satisfied with the wooden quality.If you also searching for this kind of poster bed.i would definately recommend this bed compare to quality and price. Good finishing and quality of product. Nicely packed. Has approx 16 to 17 parts to assemble. Though the packing was sturdy, you can't open the product without professional help. It was pain to open the product. I need to take help from carpenter to unpack the product. It's heavy to lift. Assembly of basic frame was easy and simple. However the poster alignment was difficult as the slots were not aligned after tight fitting. Have to call the seller but his guidance was not usefull. Finally somehow managed to do with carpenter help. Satisfied with the product.
