If you have any gum sensitivity, this product may not be for you. The first 15 minutes were quite painful on my gums. I am attaching a picture of my swollen discolored bottom gums. There is no residue. This is after I rinsed my mouth and lightly brushed my teeth. My gums did not stay this color but remained sensitive and slightly swollen the rest of the day. I did the treatment for the full 30 minutes. No noticeable whitening of the teeth on this first treatment. Don't think I'll suffer through the next! The product was easy to use and the instructions are very clear.

Works better than everything else I've tried. Easy to use. My light stopped working when I had two more treatments left on my last syringe. I contacted the company and they sent me a new light. So, I've bought more of the liquid to keep using it. Surprised to get good customer service with this kind of product.

This product is pretty terrific, however the trays are just way too big for my whole mouth. I have a very narrow top palate and my back teeth don’t come anywhere near the tray. I purchased a “paint on” whitening gel and I use that before I put the trays in, otherwise the gel in the mouthpiece remains undisturbed. So it is really the blue light that works here with a good whitening gel. I have found that the battery only last for 2 30 minute sessions, so I am recharging every other day. Not that bad, but tech today should last longer than an hour. The blue light button is SUPER sensitive and I find myself turning it on and off many times in prepping or cleaning. Perhaps a redesign of the “on” switch is in order. I won’t be able to find a smaller tray, so will have to get creative to figure out how to make this work for those of us that are not in the 97% “rest of the population “ group. Lastly, I am almost to the end of syringe 1 and have experienced no sensitivity with my teeth or gums!
