Very nice EVOO
So far my favourite evoo to cook with. Smells fresh - I cant describe but it is very pleasant. My premium EVOO smells more fragrant than this but that is expected for the price. Texture feels like butter Taste bitter A little spicy when swallowed. I like dipping sourdough bread on this. Will I buy again? Probably, this is good value for money. I am not sure if 100% good quality as I am not an expert. I am still trying different EVOO but I am willing to buy again fresh tin when this runs out. I tried putting sample in the fridge to see if it solidify. First sample is the premium EVOO which you can see in the video, it turned solid 100%, second sample is the Enios almost solid, third sample is refined olive oil which is liquid, the last two are rapeseed oil and sunflower oil which are also liquid state. All samples were put in the fridge for 24 hours and taken out at the same time.

Flavoursome product
We use olive oil in all our cooking and frequently buy by the tin, often experimenting with different Greek producers. We have been very pleased with this brand and will probably stick with it Its flavour is rich and complex without the peppery burn I dislike and thought it was good value

Tin damaged, fortunately no leaks. Product not a peppery as previously.

If you are buying oil from Amazon then consider this
I am not an oil expert (everyone else here pretends to be) but this tastes good and everything tastes terrific. I am Greek and I use olive oil every day in salads and in cooking (basically everything bar frying and spanakopita) and so did my mother in Greece where I grew up. So we know from using it not pretending to be professional tasters
