Great support from iSpring. Replaced unit after reporting fault.
UPDATE: upgrading from a two-star rating to a five-star rating. Francis from iSpring reached out to me and, after a few troubleshooting steps, identified that the "head unit" was faulty. He promptly ordered a new head unit, which arrived two days later. After replacing the old unit with the new one, everything is functioning as expected. I will update this review if the replacement turns out to be problematic. So far, I’m a satisfied customer. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Like other people, the 2nd and 3rd cartridges started blinking & beeping approx 15 days after iI installed. Resetting did not do anything. I tried to reach out to iSpring, but my call goes to the voicemail. I had previously bought a iSpring RO system with tank in 2018. It worked flawlessly until last month when i decided to upgrade to this model. All i can say is that iSpring quality had gone down the drain.

ISpring RO5004F-AK an excellent RO system
We love our system we bought the RO5004F-AK system. The water tastes great everybody in the house has mentioned how much they love it & when we have guests that come over they ask us how much it COSTS, where they can get THEIRS. We did have one issue where the warning lights came on about a week after the system was installed but we called in for product support and Nick helped us resolve that within a matter of MINUTES. Excellent SUPPORT, excellent PRODUCT, & a great price. I highly recommend

Problem Filter
UPDATE: 1/24 - replacement unit failed within 3 days of install. Do not waste time or money with this product. There is a serious manufacturing and qc issue. UPDATE: 11/6 - customer service has shipped a new unit and is pending installation. I appreciate the response and will update the review once the new unit has been installed and tested. It’s been nothing but problem after problem with this filter. Within 1 week of installing it the filter started beeping non-stop. Contacted customer service and they said it just needed to be reset. I reset it. A week later same thing happens. I contact them and they say a part needs to be warrantied and they will send me one. I wait a week nothing, I contact them no response. Another week nothing. It has been close to 3 months now and you can’t even use the filter because it doesn’t flow properly and constantly beeps. No response from customer service and a $500 product that doesn’t work. Maybe this review will get their attention. Very disappointed.

Great Customer Service, Innovative, US based products!
This was a new unit to the company's line. We loved that it was tankless and took less space. It wasn't long before an alert signal sounded. The company responded quickly, politely, and gave us a choice of resolution options. I am very impressed with their customer service. It is a great company to work with and their products are good. (The problem was only in the programming which they subsequently fixed and also sent us a new head for our unit.) Have no qualms with working with this US based company. :-)

Support Team is Amazing, Water tastes Great, No More Carrying 5-gallon waters!
Product has been working great thus far. I would like to give a shout out to Francis of the support team for helping me figure out two filters beeping. The solution was to keep the water running while resetting both filters. His quick support has helped me to ensure my family and I are drinking purified water. Thank you so much. Also, if you are planning to buy this, you do get years of warranty for free filters. Huge advantage in my opinion!

Fantastic water quality and support, even with a rocky start
After a lot of research, we chose the iSpring RO5004F-AK, and in the end we’re glad we did. The water quality is absolutely excellent — crisp, clean, and better than bottled. The compact tankless design fits neatly under the sink, the system is quiet, and filter changes take just seconds. The built-in alkaline remineralization and UV sterilization were key reasons we went with this model, and they add real peace of mind. Our journey wasn’t without hiccups, though: The first unit stopped dispensing water completely within just a few hours of installation, we contacted the customer support and they promptly responded with some troubleshooting and problem detection routines. They sent us a new machine. The second unit dispensed normally, but developed a recurring issue where the lights would blink red during use — a behavior their team identified as a potential UV malfunction. The water quality itself was still perfect, but it required frequent resets to clear the blinking. To make sure we were fully satisfied and because of the issues, iSpring sent us a third machine as a back up, a slightly different but similar model, and this has been working great. Through all of this, iSpring’s support — especially Michele — was exceptional. She was prompt, professional, and always quick to connect with their technical team to find solutions. The best technical support ffom Ispring. Replaced unit afte report fault. I had the unit up running great for 6 months and sudden the unit stoped working I was contact Iris technical support from Isping and she is imazing person she helped me with everythings to get the unit work again. Thank you Ispring and Iris for helping me to solve the problem. I will come back for any water needs in the future. I strongly recomend Ispring to anyone who need water filters. Best Regard.

Customer Service BAD
Have had nothing but problems. System is not working properly requires a constant reset as the system begins beeping at least once a week. Absolutely no customer service. Don’t expect to speak to anyone to solve issues. You must send email and patiently wait for a return call or message which has never been prompt. Would not recommend this water filter company!
