I purchased this Red light pad in hopes of getting some relief from very painful sciatica that I've been struggling with for months. This did not disappoint! My first session was 10 minutes of red light and infrared. I didn't want to get too excited in case it was a placebo effect, but I felt some immediate relief. The next morning I repeated that. I went on with my day and felt at least 50% less pain. I didn't need any otc pain meds and haven't taken anything since. Later that night, I did a 20 minute session. I used it twice a day for the first week. As time permitted, I followed the static light session with 10 minutes of the pulse feature. I am now using the RL + IR therapy 2ce a day every other day and I feel wonderful. This is such an incredible technology and I am so grateful I found it. The size is perfect for me. It covers my lower back just fine, but I'm a woman of smaller stature. It's rechargeable which makes it portable. However, there is no low battery warning. It takes about 2 hours to charge so it's good to make sure it's charged up if you're looking forward to a nice relaxing session. I think I have charged it twice in two weeks. It's very well made. The remote holds to the belt with magnetic snaps. At first I was concerned how I would lean back against the belt on my sofa without screwing up the settings on the remote because it is literally attached to the back side of the pad. But there's a side button that locks the touch screen of the remote so you don't accidentally change anything while you're relaxing. It also has a little pocket so you can store the remote and the charging cord. I'm so happy with this purchase. I'm hoping they create a neck version.

Cheaper route for doing red light therapy on your equine animals!! Super affordable, works great, comes with a detachable screen, has the same voltage, and therapy as the equine red light therapy wraps do!! You’re getting more of a bang for your buck with this!! So so great!

I like the lining— it is soft, not plastic like many are. I get about 3-30 minute sessions per battery charge. It takes about 2hours to recharge the battery. Using the belt to hold it in place is awkward.. it doesn’t go in the middle because of the location of the control unit, so it’s a bit offset. Also, as I wrap the belt it often bumps and turns off the settings, or knocks off the control unit off and has to be reset to try again. I’ve used it on my hands, ankle, back, shoulder and side. No real issue with hands and ankles, but difficult on side, back, and shoulder. It warms up nicely and does feel good. Just wish there was an easier way to “wear”it without accidentally turning it off.

This pad quit working after 4 months. Says it has a 1 year warranty, but I tried repeatedly to go through the seller and got absolutely no response. Also tried going through Amazon Customer Service and got no help. I liked the product while it worked but, wouldn't have purchased it if I'd known half the lights would stop working so soon. I wasted a lot of time trying to get this company to honor the warranty - again, no one responded.

I got this 4 weeks post OP on my shoulder. I use it every night before bed and it has helped decrease my pain dramatically! It heats up just a little bit, but not much which is nice and relaxing. It has 3 power setting, and 2 function settings, all are described in the manual. It's easy to use and comfortable to have on. I am very happy with this purchase!

I love this red light therapy pad. It's convenient, fits to the area I need to focus on and I love that it's cordless and rechargeable. I use it almost everyday and it's helped with my overall health.

I've had a deep plantar faciatis heel pain for over 5 months. After going to a reflexologist for a foot massage, she suggested that I try out the red light therapy. Between that, ibuprofen, and essential oils, I am better. Very thankful!!
