Excellent product. Easy to use..must buy..

The garment steamer is the best in competition with other expensive products in the market. Removes wrinkles easily. But remember, this is a garment steamer not a press iron. So don't expect it works like a press iron. Though it's a good option in replacement of the iron. One star is less because of the missing hand glove. But hats off to Inalsa customer support. They contacted me from their side and arranged a demo of the product and also raised an issue regarding the missing item and trying to resolve and provide the missing hand glove. I really appreciate the customer support of Inalsa. Overall, a value for money garment steamer !!

Nice , super easy to use

Inalsa Customer Support Team, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with your garment steamer and the extremely poor service support I have received. I purchased my first Inalsa cloth steamer, which worked smoothly for about six months before it suddenly stopped functioning. Believing in your brand, I purchased a second unit. Unfortunately, this new steamer stopped working within just one month of use. Despite repeatedly contacting your customer care team and raising several complaints, no technician has visited or provided any assistance. The lack of response and follow-up is highly disappointing and unprofessional. I want to clearly state that both the product quality and after-sales service have been extremely poor. My experience has been so frustrating that I would not recommend this product to anyone. It deserves a zero rating, you review this product’s quality issues to prevent other customers from facing the same problems. Please take immediate action regarding my complaint. I expect either prompt repair/replacement or an alternative resolution at the earliest.

Product is not so strong

The INALSA garment steamer heats up quickly and delivers a steady flow of steam, making it great for last-minute touch-ups. It removes light wrinkles easily without needing an ironing board. While it’s not as powerful as a full iron for heavy creases, it’s perfect for daily use. The height could have been more for tall people to use it.
