I didn't know what to expect bit this little devise is great. It feels like the hot massage stones. Then you can flip a switch and get cold. It is amazing!

It gets hot or cold quick. I can't imagine a massager without the Heat and Cool Head.

I really wanted to love it. It actually does heat up and get cool as advertised but you can't really feel it if the massager is on so kinda defeats the purpose in my opinion. The build is solid so I do believe it would hold up to use. But alas, I returned it. Although if they made a bigger hand held one to just hold over your neck and face, that would be amazing for headaches and neck relief.

The insertable end of this product needs to be 14 mm longer so I can use it in other guns. I am sure someone will offer an adapter a go between my old massage, gun and this new product. The insertable end is too short for other massage gun products. Please offer an adapter so I can use it on other massage guns

Active+ Thermacool, This gun is falsely advertised. While the gun is just ok.. the heating cooling head is a joke... I have tried 3 heads and 2 guns... and even letting it run until it automatically turns off, it barely moved 4-6 degrees on the coldest setting.. The heat side did a bit better, but overall doesn't work. Worked with Renpho tech support, and they were 100% useless. They didn't even understand how their product worked... On the other hand I also tried their power+ thermacool and although the display is a bit older school and the heating cooling head is an older design, the unit is amazing. From room temp to about 48 degrees, and then to hot about 113 degrees, and then back to cold about 48 degrees.. maybe 2 minutes? While the active + thermacool, moved maybe 4-6 degrees in the same time... If you want a hot cold head only get the power+ thermacool.. They need to remove the Active+ thermacool for false advertising.... They also need a new tech support person. The video isn't great.. but you get the idea... 2 different laser temp guns were used prior to this video.. They both read accurately. The deluxe version includes a charging stand for both the active+ and power+.. Both of these deluxe units are about 150.00 USD... Renpho needs to quit the false advertising

Great Product.

The cold is pretty good. But the hot doesn’t really get hot once it’s moving against the skin. It feel nice and hot when you hold it in your hand but when moving at massage speed it doesn’t hold temperature. Or the movement against the air cools it down a little.

Both the hot/cold massage head & massage gun with the extended handle are proving every bit worth the price. I can alternate between hot/cold without boiling water or use of microwave.
