In depth review - Anker Power Bank, 20,000mAh, 87w fast charging
Anker Power Bank, 20,000mAh Portable Charger with Built-in USB-C Cable, 87W Max Fast Charging Battery Pack 1st charge of the battery pack. 15% charged (this is out of the box) 50% charged @ 28mins 75% charged @ 45 mins 99% charged @ 65mins 100% charged @ 87 mins (1hr27m) I am unsure why the final 1% took over 20 minutes, perhaps this is because it was its first full charge. I will update this review in the future if this (relatively minor issue) persists. ***UPDATE : This was a one off, and has not occurred since the first charge*** However, I am very happy to know it takes around 1hr to ‘fully’ charge, so any last minute trips will be covered with a quick blast of charging. I should point out the charger I was using for this is the Amazon Basics 63w wall charger (model-B087S3HZ3P). https://amzn.eu/d/0aXRbjlW Charging my iPhone 16 pro max using the inbuilt USB-C cable. * = percentage remaining on battery pack. 10% charged (starting point) 25% charged @ 7mins *95%* 50% charged @ 22 mins *86%* 75% charged @ 45 mins *77%* 100% charged @ 110 mins (1hr 50m) *66%* As expected the last quarter charged considerably slower (especially the final 10%). However, a 40% increase in the first 20mins is phenomenal. It seems perfectly compatible with my phone. And the above percentages would indicate I could charge my phone to 75% up to four times. The battery pack weighs 426g according to my kitchen scales, compared to my iPhone 16pro max which weighs 277g (including case). Although I would not exactly describe it as light, it’s certainly not intrusive when in a pocket and would sit unnoticed in a bag. The size is slightly smaller than my iPhone and roughly twice the thickness. The quality is what I’ve come to expect from Anker. It feels solid and very well made with no creaks when pushing on the corners. The attached USB-C (IQ3) cable feels like it would take considerable and deliberate effort to damage it, and it neatly tucks away when not in use. The cable is approximately 16cms (6.5 inches) in length, which is relatively short and would require the user to either hold the pack whilst using a phone or to prop their device next to the battery pack, I would recommend using your own (much longer cable) if you wish to use your phone whilst charging. However always having an inbuilt emergency cable is a huge positive, and its length shouldn’t detract from the convenience this provides. It is also an in/out, so you could plug this in to a power adapter to charge the battery pack. The two ports ontop of the device are one USB-A (IQ2) and one USB-C (IQ3). The USB-C acts as an in/out port so this is where you would plug in a cable to charge (you can also use the built in cable to charge the powerbank). The black coloured version is prone to fingerprint marks, which admittedly are easy to wipe off and remove. The display only shows the remaining battery percentage, it is nice and bright and easy to read. Overall I am extremely impressed with this charger and I highly recommend it.

A powerful and convenient charger that's become my everyday essential.
I've owned a lot of power banks over the years, but they all had the same problem: they were useless if I forgot to bring the right cable. This Anker 20,000mAh power bank completely solves that. The built-in USB-C cable is an absolute game-changer. It tucks away neatly into the side of the unit, and it means I can just grab the power bank and go, knowing I have everything I need to charge my phone. The capacity is massive. 20,000mAh is enough to charge my phone (a Samsung Galaxy) at least three to four times from empty, with some juice still left over. It's perfect for a long weekend away, a festival, or just for those busy days when I'm away from a wall socket for a long time. It also charges my tablet and headphones without any issues. Beyond the built-in cable, it's also got a standard USB-C port (which works as both an input to charge the power bank and an output) and a USB-A port, so you still have the flexibility to charge older devices or help out a friend who has a different type of phone. The charging speed from the built-in cable is great, supporting fast charging for my phone. In terms of design, it's about what you'd expect for a high-capacity bank – it's got some heft to it, but it's slim enough to slide into a backpack or a large coat pocket without being too obtrusive. There's also a handy little button on the side with a circular display that shows you the exact percentage of battery remaining, which is much better than the vague four-dot systems on older models. Verdict: This is pretty much the perfect power bank for anyone with a modern USB-C phone. The combination of huge capacity, multiple ports, and the sheer convenience of the integrated cable makes it a top-tier product. It’s reliable, well-built, and has replaced all my other portable chargers.

Great product. Recommend 100%.
This is great - powers up quickly, works well and keeps the charge. Absolutely recommend. Haven’t used it for travel yet, but I will. Have bought cheap ones before, this one is worth the money, different quality.

One of the best portable chargers
Incredible battery, such a large storage capacity. The in-built cable is super handy, means i dont need to lug another cable around with me. It's not the smallest but that being said it's a good size for how large a capacity it is. Super quick to charge the charger, and also outputs well - can charge my iPhone super speedily. A great price for all of that. The display is also super handy so you can see exactly how much juice is left in it.

Great product by Anker
My old Anker battery finally gave in after 8 whole years of usage, and I bought this one to replace it. This thing is definitely not small, I'd say it's around the size of 3 or 4 large phones stacked on top of each other (like an iPhone 15 pro max), however this size is justified as its quite a high capacity and fast charger. If you're looking for something to fit in your pocket, this product probably isn't it. Despite it's large size, this product definitely doesn't look bad, it's matte black and has a display on it with it's battery life as a percentage. This battery is very fast at charging, it can charge my Samsung at "super fast charging" which I think should be 45w, and it should be able to charge my laptop at 65W. For performance, this thing will keep up with most things you'll need to charge. As well as this, if you have a fast charger, the battery itself will fill up about 2 hours, which was a massive improvement over my last battery pack. The built in usb c charger is a double edged sword, it very conviently fits into the side of the battery and can be used to power device, as well as refill the battery itself. However, since it's built into the battery if it ever breaks, snaps or is damaged, you can't just buy a new cable as far as I'm aware. However you can still fill it up from the usb c port on the top so it's not end all be all. This product is very good if you need to power small or medium devices for a long time, or if you're like me and constantly forget to charge up or bring your charger in for your laptop for lectures or work. If you want a product for just your phone, there are probably smaller products by Anker or another companies that will be more convenient, but if you're fine with tossing this in your bag or a large pocket then you won't be disappointed with this product.

Charges phones, laptops, gaming handhelds
Great power bank and a decent size. Can charge most devices such as phones, laptops, tablets etc. Comes with a built in USB-C cable that can be used to charge a device or to recharge the battery. Also has a USB-C and standard USB port. Handy display tells you the charge of the power bank with the push of a button. Overall build quality is good, power bank feels good to hold in the hand and is not too heavy. Overall size would fit in a deep pocket and doesn't take up much room in a backpack. The built in cable tucks way nicely into the body when not in use. I personally use this power bank to charge my Steam Deck and it delivers enough wattage to charge the steam deck when in use. The power bank does not come with a plug so you will need to purchase one separately in order to charge it. Overall great design and good value for money. Follows the usual good build quality from Anker at a decent price point. Packaging is simple and minimal.

Amazing powerbank for the SteamDeck!
Ok so I desperately needed a powerbank for my SteamDeck as I have the LCD model and the battery life is really bad especially when I'm playing demanding games on the go. After testing for a few weeks here are the results: 4 hours 10 mins - Playing SF6 offline uses 15-17w (SteamDeck fully charged at 100%) Charging times using 67w charger: 1 hour 52 mins - 0% - 100% 1 hour 39 mins - 8% - 100% Powerbank at 100% charging SteamDeck from 2% - 99% 2 hours 32 mins - (SF6 running in the background) The SteamDeck got to around 90% in just over 2 hours but from 90-99% it was charging really slowly. This left the powerbank with 32% remaining Powerbank 32% remaining - 1 hour 14mins - charging SteamDeck from 0% - 56% All in all I'm very happy with the powerbank as it gives me an additional 3-4 hours of play time depending on how high I want the settings to be. Usually I'd sacrifice high graphics for battery life as I'm usually gaming on the go. The specs state that it fully charges in 90mins but that isn't true. It is a little heavy so I definitely wouldn't use this in handheld mode whilst attached to the back so I normally place it on the table and connect a PS4 controller and play it in table top mode. The built in cable is really useful but because I have to plug it on top of the SteamDeck it means the cable is slightly twisted. Using the built in cable as well as the USB C port and a 5A cable, it does charge my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G in Super Fast Charging 2.0. I picked this up during the sale period and for £36 it's a steal! UPDATED REVIEW!!! After using a different 65W USB Type C charger, it does actually fully charge from 0% - 100% in 1 hour 35 minutes so I guess the charging times listed is pretty accurate!

Anker Power Bank
Great powerbank! It is a little bit bulkier than others I have but it provides multiple charges for phones (3-4) and is good for charging a steam deck - only one charge but handy for travelling. I will be buying another in the future
