I anticipated these being fun to fidget with, but I wasn't prepared for not being able to put them down! I'm a bit of a gun-nut, but my wallet won't allow me to have anything nice, so I got the next best thing with this mini 1911 clone. It is terribly small, so it did take a while to find a comfortable way to hold it, but once I did, it wasn't a problem. They're made with durable plastic, held together by what look like zinc screws. I've cycled the toy many, many times, and I don't get the idea that normal use will break it. I'm not sure why there's a slide lock, but it adds another fun dimension of fidgeting. I had no idea the hammer would operate like a fidget spinner, so that was a fun bonus. For the price, you can't go wrong. These are very satisfying little toys, and if you're partial to guns and ammo, you'll enjoy having this little brightly colored 1911 tribute. ***Please note: mine did not come with orange tips. As a result, I do not feel comfortable bringing these with me anywhere. Real firearms come in all shapes and sizes. These toys will stay on my desk, and will not accompany me out into the world.***
