The stats are presented clearly and concisely, making it easy to understand your progress and track your fitness journey. I Would recommend if you're looking to start tracking these things and don't want to spend hundreds on a smart scale. The cost of these scales are good.

I’ve been using this smart body scale for a month now, and while it may not be 100% accurate down to the decimal, it’s still been a valuable tool in my health and fitness journey. One thing to keep in mind is that, like many consumer-grade smart scales, the measurements (especially things like body fat percentage, muscle mass, etc.) can vary slightly day-to-day. However, what really matters to me is the consistency. Even if the numbers aren’t perfect, the scale helps me track trends over time—whether I’m improving, plateauing, or need to make some changes. The Bluetooth sync with the app is smooth, and I like being able to see graphs and breakdowns of my progress. It keeps me motivated to stay on track and see how small changes in my routine show up over weeks and months. In short: don’t expect lab-level precision, but if you’re looking for a reliable way to monitor your progress and build better habits, this smart scale is definitely worth it.

These scales look very smart and now have in pride of place in our main bathroom. They come with a useful colour booklet, which has a link to a dedicated webpage for the scales. This gives detailed instructions about setting up the scales so that the Renpho app synchronises with Apple Health and Apple Watch, as well as other major fitness devices such as Fitbit, Google Health and Samsung Health. I charged the scales for 3 hours via the enclosed micro-USB cable and took my initial reading, after stepping on and off to briefly calibrate the scales. The readout was very clear, in large backlit red numerals that displayed my weight down to the nearest 50 g. Once the weight is displayed, three circles appear, which indicate that the weight and other body measurements have been transmitted to the Renpho app via Bluetooth. I was pleased to see that this transmission process occurs without having to open the App first before using the scales. I found that if I opened the app at a convenient time in the next hour after using the scales, it picked up the readings and transferred the data into my Apple Health app. It is quicker than entering weight manually and also brings across other information derived from bioimpedance. Whilst bioimpedance is not as accurate as other more complicated methods of assessing body composition, the readings seemed to correlate quite well with my physique. It will be interesting to see what happens over time, to see how they track the effects of my 5:2 diet. The app is well designed and devoid of any adverts, in contrast to previous body impedance scales that I have tested for Amazon. It does ask for personal data such as date of birth which some might find intrusive. However, there is nothing to stop you putting in fake data to prevent others from knowing the exact day that you were born. It helps the app to know how old you are but it doesn’t need to know your birthday! So far, I am delighted with the scales, which are excellent value for money and, as far as I can tell, seem to be on a par with far more expensive offerings from Withings etc. My only concern is whether the app will be updated to remain compatible with future generations of iPhones and operating systems. Hopefully, if there are 10 million users, this should not be an issue but I have had to throw away other app-dependent devices in the past. Still, for only £26, you can’t go too far wrong and if this just becomes a set of bathroom scales with a clear backlit readout that’s not too bad.

Constistent in the whey it shows. Seems accurate. Doesn’t need much sun to recharge. However, the fat/muscle/tissue measurements are bs. It is so off. During the last 6 months I have gone from 25-30% body fat to about 12%. The scale says 21-22%, it has been saying the same % since I bought it even though I made a total body transformation in the meantime.
