Not certain if there is an issue before these ship or it happens in transit, as there is no support for this not to bang around in the box. I just sent the second one back due to the hinges being stressed and breaking when opening the lid. If they were in perfect condition and treated with care - it may last a little while but overall poor quality. I miss the old Barbie cases:( throwing in the towel on them- and these are big and a pain sending back!

Nice storage for all dolls stuff ! Despite some reviews I had no problems.

So I initially went to submit for a refund as soon as I unboxed this item. The hinges were both broke for the lid, and the smaller lid compartment for storing small accessories appeared to have had someone prying it open. It was discolored as if stretched or pried. The label was only held on by a single piece of tape by the time I received it. My reason for not returning it- my Barbie fan saw it and instantly fell in love. She started loading her Barbie’s in as I was inspecting the item since it’s lid wasn’t attached when I opened the box. She loved it and was more than happy to put every single Barbie piece in the tote. So the tote can still function but you take the lid off all the way. (Similar to most totes anyway) I was way more upset about the price and it coming broken. But the main user of the item was excited for it, so that’s ultimately what matters. I’m sure once the very flimsy handle to pull the tote breaks she won’t be nearly as happy. No - I will not re-purchase this item! I’ll buy a tote and smack some Barbie stickers on it to keep her happy! Then I’m not out 40.00 for a Broken Barbie tote.

Love it! The lid for the main compartmentdoesn't really latch, but that just means I don't have to run upstairs every time she wants to play with her Barbies. The lids for the clothing and accessorie compartments is a little trickier, but since we have an infant the fact that tiny plastic pieces aren't as easily accessible is a good thing. My daughter loves it. She packs up her Barbies and wheels them all over the house. The main compartment looks like it would easily hold 15-20 standard Barbies. It's pretty big. The area for clothing isn't that big, but figure most of the clothes will be on the dolls. The accessories compartment can hold a ton of shoes. The handle isn't very sturdy. And it certainly isn't long enough for an adult. But if she ever wants to take her dolls to Grandma's, it's perfect for pulling the container to the car. Five stars for being true to description, and the perfect way to convince our kids to keep the Barbies cleaned up without having to worry about losing all the little bits.

Great size, holds everything. Even has smaller compartments on top for accessories. Only issue is top breaks easily. Not of the best quality in my opinion. I wouldn't purchase another.

Got this for my grandaughter to hold her Barbies she was getting for Christmas. The case is cute but its not very strong. The hinge area where the lid opens and shuts broke by the end of Christmas day. And it wasn't from misuse as we put the Barbies in the box together and opened the box together. I didn't check the hinge area for prior stress but its made of plastic so I assume it wouldn't take much. For the price I expected it to last at least a week or more. Ended up buying a $6 sterlite container to keep her Barbies in. Although it looks pretty, the box is not worth $35 pricetag especially when it breaks so easily. Wish I had paid better attention to previous reviews. Update: after posting this review we put the box in a closet as we decided if we should return it. When we took it back out we noticed the inside of the box was vey stressed where the wheels were located. (White markings). Almost curiosity they sent us a return… We also noticed that the seller either doesn’t care or doesn’t look at their reviews because we left a 3star review on something else and that seller reached out immediately to see how they could take it right. I am assuming this seller does not care about reviews. But if you care about how you spend your money…I suggest not wasting it on this product and instead get something more durable like a plastic tub, etc. But this is just my opinion though.

It came on time, it's very light and spacious. It looks just like the picture

Lots of room for Barbies and accessories. My daughter loves to wheel it around. The pulling handle looks weak but there is less clutter and that’s what counts!

Poor quality for the price. The hinges are cheap and already looks broken. Makes banging sound when you close it
