I am always telling my co workers to try these vitamins. I haven’t had to call off sick yet for a cold or flu (knock on wood)🪵 . I am on my third bottle and I feel like this gave me all the nutrients I need as a black girl. They taste great, and not too sticky like some gummies I’ve had. They are small so it’s easy to take two. I would love a sugar free option just because I am watching my sugar (I’m not diabetic but both sides of my family are so I’m trying to be proactive). I feel like my hair and nails are getting stronger and healthier as well. If you wash your hands a lot like I do they will still break, but I’ve scratched myself on accident plenty of times because my nails are so strong now. 🤭As far as skin health, I have other skin issues that contribute to my breakouts so I cannot say if it helps skin. HOWEVER! I have seen I huge difference in my cycle. I still get really bad cramps the first day but after that I’m fine. The flow is so much better as well! It’s worth the money and it gives you enough for a month. If I feel a little sniffle coming on I take 3 for a couple days and it’s gone. It’s never enough where I feel like I need to miss work. I LOVE THESE VITAMINS! I’m just waiting for a fibroid blend 🥹 please do it for us if you can! I’m young and I still want a chance. Yall have made so much progress for the PCOS girlies. I haven't taken these a full 30 days as of yet, half way there, and yes I can see and feel a difference in my energy, my hair, and skin. it has a sweet smell, easy to chew and taste great. I'm looking forward to see how my hair would grow but I did notice that I have less shedding. My hair was literally coming out in clumps when washing it and I noticed that there is less shedding.

These vitamins are by far the best I have used. I waited 2 months before writing this review because I wanted to give a real review and all I can say is, perfect. I take my vitamins when I first wake up (on an empty stomach) and by the time I am out the shower, I already feel an energy boost! They are easy on the stomach and the taste is great. They and not sticky or super chewy. I would recommend to anyone who lacks energy and struggle with the usual taste of vitamins, these are a perfect choice!
