It works great! It takes a little while to heat up all the way but maybe I'm just impatient.

Best home use wax warmer ive bought. No fuss and accurate heat up and temp hold. U press the on button, choose which area (face/underarm/body) u will be waxing and the waxer gives u a digital cycling symbol til it reaches temp. 10 minutes to warm up on average. The silicone liner is nice if you decide you want to change waxes. The important thing with this waxer or with any other home waxer is really choosing the correct wax. Once u find it, this little waxer is perfect at keeping the wax ready for you to use until you're ready to turn it off and put it away again. The included silicone stick was very nice as well and saves me from having to buy disposable sticks. All in all I would highly recommend.

I’ve had this for over a year and it’s the best waxer I’ve owned. I love the silicone wand and the silicone hold. It’s so easy to clean and works well. The wand worked so well and it was took up barely any space compared to the tons of wood sticks I use to have and throw away.

I was honestly looking forward to it. The digital and automatic temperature got me. It takes longer than I expected to heat up though. If you want to use it for another section of your body, you have to wait 25 minutes again.

I like this wax warmer. It works well and I like that it came with a silicone applicator and some hard wax beads. The silicone lining is convenient as well making for less mess and easy removal! The only down side is that you can only melt a small amount of wax at a time. To have a larger amount requires you to turn the temp way higher than you’d need to to get all the wax melted without it solidifying in the center

I love my wax warmer. It is exactly what I wanted. It does take quite a while to get wax up to temperature. While it is doing that the lights will circle. In order to make the process faster I fill the silicone cup with my wax and throw it in the microwave. When it has started to melt I pop it in the metal bucket of the warmer. I have used this warmer multiple time and it works great. It also cleans up easily. Which I love. I am very happy with my purchase and for the price, I would buy it again.

Its either scalding hot or not. The plug doesnt stay in the unit, I have had it on at 135 degrees its scalding hot. I have had to set it at 165 and it wont melt. I bought this because last one dif brand wasnt digital and the knob broke. I loved it and it lasted a long time so when i ordered this one i thought no issues with a knob since its digital. I have only used it 2x so far and prob cant return it so I will continue to struggle with regulating temp. I dont recommend this product

Takes way too long to reach temperature! Designed to ramp temp steeply by using max power. This reduces time to temp but also causes overshoot. It then takes seemingly forever to coll back down to set-point. Don't get impatient and try to use it before actual equals set-point because it will likely be way above set-point and burn the crap out of you! Perhaps a more conservative ramp profile would actually be faster since heating takes less time than cooling. Anyway, I'm looking for an alternative so if any of you know a better one ...

Kinda wish I could program it but I like it. It's small and it heats up super fast. Definitely recommend.

I wanted to love this little pot. It’s a perfect little size, but I cannot get the thing to show what temperature it’s at. contacted customer support, the support was great. Sent me another one, exact same thing. It just keeps spinning and spinning and never displays the temperature. Pretty sure I’m not doing anything wrong. It’s self-explanatory. Plus it gets way too hot so if I really wanna use it, I have to heat it up, then Turn it off so it cools down enough to be able to handle the heat. Otherwise you’re burning everything you’re trying to wax . And it does not feel good.!
