Being new to sourdough, the last thing you want is to be spending loads of money. These are handy to have and work for multiple things. Cutting dough, scraping your bowl, scraping the counter, etc. I haven't had any problems with chipping or fraying of the edges. They're nicely flexible without being weak, I do wish they were just slightly bigger, but overall no complaints.

These scrapers are great. I am able to fully incorporate flour, etc. for pizza dough easily with no kneading necessary. Every bit of dry ingredients are scraped cleanly into the dough. They are comfortable to hold and are a good size and thickness without any concern or breaking. Easy peasy cleanup in the dishwasher and they tuck away conveniently in the drawer til next time.

These SURDOCA dough scrapers are a fantastic value for the price! They’re easy to use and clean, and the size is perfect for handling dough. The color options are nice and make them easy to spot in the kitchen. The grip feels secure in hand, and they don’t slip during use, which is a big plus. The only minor drawback is that the material is a bit stiff compared to silicone, so it doesn’t flex as much. Overall, they’re durable, practical, and a great addition to any baking setup!

Overall it's a good product. It's a little thinner than I would like, but it is still better than the one I have been using.

This is the perfect bench scraper for working with bread dough. It's just flexible enough to scrape dough out of a mixing bowl, and the straight edge is stiff enough and sharpe enough to scrape sticky dough from the work surface and cut into pieces.

I love these! Especially when on sale :) But a good deal even when not on sale. I use them for my bread, pizza, rolls... well, for all my dough, and they are easy to use and make handling dough, even a loose dough, much, much easier.. The only problem i have is that after a while, you'll notice, at least on mine, that the edge wears down and bits of plastic can come loose. I think I can basically just sand those off and go back to using them as normal. They're plastic so they will wear down. I also keep some near the sink and with my art supplies because they have a lot of uses.

These work great they are a little bendy, so it’s easy to use. Also very easy to clean which is so nice! I was able to shape a great sour dough loaf and the 3 pack is nice if one is still in the dishwasher I can use a different one.

Great tool for working with bread dough. Worked perfectly to divide the dough, scrape the mixing bowl and clean the work surface.
