Really like this oil, it's lightweight, and smooth and absorbs quickly into my skin. Perfect for me for using it as an evening facial oil Definitely would buy again

I was initially disappointed with this product. I used it as suggested and found the serum to be thick. I didn’t understand why it would be recommended for use with a gua sha. But after massaging it into my skin for around 30 seconds it melted like butter and is fantastic to use with my gua sha and leaves a nice gentle glow. Highly recommend!

So, I’m conflicted with this product and review (and a sister-similar product from the same brand I also just tried) - I’m hovering between 3 stars and 4 stars, three because of my own experience, and 4 because other people’s needs differ. Here are my bugbears with it: Firstly, the second ingredient here, directly after water, is mineral oil. Now there are sources that will tell you that it’s not harmful to the skin, and can be beneficial, but that entirely depends. It can limit water loss for dry skin as it occludes the surface of the skin, but it can also clog. Personally, my (facial) skin hates mineral oils, and it’s also a cheap ingredient. There are nourishing plant based oils that are far more beneficial. Secondly, this is sold as a massage serum for gua sha. I tried this today on my thighs for some gua sha and cupping and this is not a massage medium. It’s quite thick and it sinks in very quickly. There is nowhere near enough slip to massage or gua sha with, without having to reapply thickly every minute or so. It may work for some people as a moisturiser, but it’s no good for massage. I will use this up, as a body moisturiser, but will not be using it on my face. The other ingredients seem ok, and it felt nice enough as a body moisturiser, so I’ll stick with 4 stars in the efforts of fairness as some people may love this.

You get a small bottle, that gives you a nicely scented, quite thick, oily liquid. It's not easily absorbed, and frankly is like spreading plain oil, it just makes you shiny and feels unpleasant. Simply not for my combination skin

I've been using this serum for my Gua Sha massages, and I also started using it as a night serum. I just use a small amount, and in the morning, my skin has a healthy glow, not greasy at all, just fresh and hydrated. The texture is really unique compared to other serums I’ve tried, and I read it’s because of some thread technology, which is pretty cool. A little bit goes a long way, and it leaves my skin feeling super smooth. I'm really happy with it!

I absolutely love this face serum as it makes my skin feel beautiful for a long time after using it. Need to apply slightly more than what the instructions recommended but even so, I’m definitely going to buying more of this in the future, it’s beautiful

Lovely to use for Gua Sha ritual.

This serum arrived in a green, branded, cardboard box which kept it well protected. It has a pump action bottle, containing 30g of product, which you access by twisting the top until the nozzle protrudes out of the lid. This is a nifty design as it "locks" the bottle shut, handy when travelling. The serum itself is white and quite creamy in texture. I found it heavy on my skin, compared to my usual serum, and I would be more likely to use this before bedtime rather than as part of my morning routine. I can't particularly detect any fragrance, which I prefer, and haven't experienced any adverse effects from using this. At £16.95, at time of review, it's about what is expect to pay for a decent serum. Though it's a fairly small bottle a little product goes a long way, at 2-3 pumps a day (max) this willaat a decent amount of time.

I highly recommend this serum. It moisturizes the skin beautifully. It's great for facial massage.
