Love having this on my helmet. Perfect for music on long rides and call are perfectly clear. I’d recommend the speaker upgrade if you like music

Cardo PACKTALK PRO
Had our fist outing today with the Packtalks and we are very pleased with them. Connection to each other initially was very simple and subsequent connections during the day after coffee stops etc was automatic. Sound clarity is superb. We are Sena veterans and very pleased we moved over to Cardo. Excellent bit of kit that just works as it should.

The highly important life saving feature for a biker doesn't work
I never leave a review for anything I buy on Amazon but this one is a must considering the seriousness. I am highly disappointed, furious and downright upset at the Crash detection feature of the Packtalk Pro. Last week February 5th 2026 on my way to work I was in a motorbike accident that resulted in me fracturing my back, Scapular and rib, a deflated left lung and Stage 3 laceration to my spleen. I have crash detection on at all times every time I ride, IT FAILED, IT DID NOTHING, IT SENT NOTHING. Luckily people were close by to help because if not my emergency contact did not know I was in the middle of the road injured and in serious pain. MY OWN MOTHER HAD NO IDEA HER SON WAS IN AN ACCIDENT. For £375 when I bought it I expect a feature thats highly important for a biker to work. The Packtalk Pro up to this point was amazing to use but having such a serious possible life saving feature not work at all is terrible and deserves the 1 star

Difficult to configure for sound levels and when you think you have it, it resets.
Dissapointing. I use this in groups but have found connection difficult to establish at times when there are multiple groups around. Also had a lot of trouble with sound levels between music and sat nav. Probably wouldn't buy again.

Let down on voice commands
Superb audio quality but audio commands do not work despite suggested settings by Cardo support (verified that microphone and speakers working as I could make and take calls). This unit support mesh 2.0 while others like Sena moved to 3.0. Returned today due to non working voice commands and no resolution provided. Happy to try and give feedback on replacement unit if it was provided.
