Very good installation by Eureka Forbes, purifier is good,5 Litre storage capacity with active copper technology. Choose your purifier uv/ ro according to your tds of water, demo was good by installation partner, good product from Eureka Forbes, thanks amazon.

Purifier is good, but waste water is more

Product is fine but their customer service is pathetic. They run behind us for AMC and then we have to run behind them after booking an appointment. 1. Calls to customer care has a default response. Sorry we will check internally. Randomly cuts the call. 2. If an engineer is assigned, he wouldn't tend to the schedule. Expect 2 days delay for a call. Then they lie that the door is locked and don't attend the service request. 3. A manager Will call and ask if door was locked and since we had to stay at home and work because of the complaint, we say yes but again there is no resolution. 4. Mail to grievance won't work. A form have to be filled. After which you will get a call but there won't be any resolution. The product works as long as you hit the threshold output after that a warning lamp will start blinking. Then internal filter needs to be changed else the product won't work for a long time. It requires AMC and you will get into the vicious circle. Decide whether you want to go through this ordeal after paying good amount for a water purifier. Wouldn't consider Eureka Forbes product any more.

Nice Product

I’ve been using my Aquaguard water purifier for a while now, and I’m really happy with the performance. The water tastes fresh and pure, and it gives me peace of mind knowing my family is drinking safe water every day. The design is sleek, easy to clean, and the installation was smooth. Totally worth it!

Excellent product , Good on time service really happy with the product

writing this review after one year of usage. Earlier i had Aquagurad Genius RO and afte rusing that for 7 years i thought of upgrade to latest model that claimed to give 2 years trouble free life as in my area the service of aquaguard is pathetic. On first look it look like cheap plastic product but then i though of ignoring the look and feel and focus on water quality and minimal service requirement. after use of 3-4 month i saw some thin membrane floating in water chamber , the engineer visited with little too and fro and claimed that there was issue with my internal waste water tube and it caused back push that caused the isse. i agreed to his suggestion and kept the waste water pipe visible from oustside. Barely a month after i again saw something floating again in the water chamber.. i ignored it for few days but on one weekend i got chance and opened up the top cover ( no screws or anything) and to my horror when i pulled that thing out and zoomed , it was a Ttiny COCKROACH , on further inspection i found remains of 1-2 other such cocraoches . the top cover or lid is not tight enough and small insects can easily crawls in it seems. i had to seal the borders ot of top cover with tape to be double sure. At present i am facing another issue. the water filtering speed became very slow , the water filter process has become so slow that even if i kept it on at night , the filtered water level is reaching max 3/4 level . its seems a toal useless machine . the mandoary service was auto generated 2 weeks back but no one appaeared so far . on contacting customer care , it says they do not see any service request and asked me to provide the service request number, after taking some time the executive was able to locate it and told that they were unable to see it as it was generated by system. at present i am waiting for the executive to come today but still no one contacted .. its a total useless device and i suggest people not to go for it. the older model was much better and i never faced such issues over the usage of 7 years.
