I love this book, it’s so sweet, short, and cute and an easy read. For someone who already knows and understands the messages Coelho writes about, it can be redundant at times and almost preachy, but in the end the book is pleasant and is a net positive in my life.

From start to finish, it overflows with meaningful analogies, spiritual insight, and timeless truths about dreams, destiny, and transformation. It delivers a powerful message: sometimes we must go on a long journey to truly discover true happiness. I listened to the audio version narrated by Jeromy Irons. His voice was excellent throughout the whole book, bringing depth and life to all the characters. Bravo! Without giving too much away, I do want to say that I was sitting at the edge of my seat for the climax and the ending didn't disappoint, and brought a mix of joy, happiness and tears to my eyes. A truly unforgettable experience.

Other than Scripture this book is my favorite. I have gifted it to close friends and have gone back to re-read this book many times. I highly recomend it to anyone and everyone who can read.

Usually I don’t read fiction but this is inspiring. This is a book that inspires people to follow their dreams in order to manifest them into reality through inner transformation.

Amazing story in essence about following your dreams/path, very grounding and inspiring story as well as a relatively easy read. I was compelled to turn each page until I arrived at the end of the young boys journey. Will definitely read again
