Evlution Nutrition ENGN Shred Pre Workout Thermogenic Fat Burner Powder, Energy, Weight Loss, 30 Servings (Cherry Limeade)

I really love this pre, it doesn't make me crash and it doesn't make my face melt like some of the other ones from years ago. The cayenne extract also helps with sweating and stripping off the water weight. The focus is just right too, I can go have a hard workout with this stuff, then come home and study without feeling jittery post-workout. Flavour is fine, but I mean.. Just knock this stuff back, it isn't a beach-front cocktail.

I have used ENGN Shred for a few months now and the results have been good. I have tried quite a few of the products on the market in both the low and medium price range for a Pre-Workout supplement and 'Shred' is one of the best. Taste wise it is good, not too sweet but doesn't taste of chemicals as some of them do, particularly the cheaper. I did find it unusual at first, with quite a different 'peppery' taste, but after a couple of servings it was not as obvious, and I actually quite liked it. In terms of results as a pre-workout, it has been one of the better supplements i have tried. It comes on quickly, and as an early morning trainer really gives me a high amount of energy. I noticed my lifts increasing almost immediately as the lethargy of early morning training disappeared and my desire and focus to 'throw' the weights around increased. I have noticed that my tolerance to the supplement has increased with the initial buzz subsiding with continual use, but the focus and alertness still remains. I have started to cycle the use of it so i can keep feeling the benefits and build up too much of a tolerance. 'Shred' has helped me break through all my plateaus on ALL the big heavy compound lifts. In terms of the thermobolic effect, the heat and sweat coming off me at the end of every workout is quite unbelievable and the effect has not subsided with continual use. I do feel that this continues for a good part of the morning following the session. I terms of endurance i have found that I can push through higher and heavier rep ranges whilst using 'Shred'. I have also noticed improvements in Cardio work where i seem to be able to push through, little by little to longer distances and quicker times. All in all I am very happy with ENGN Shred hence why I keep coming back to it for my Pre-Workout of choice. A very good product, noticeable effects, no crashes, and I have experienced tangible results in performance enhancement, strength and endurance gains, and supporting weight loss. All for a reasonable price.

Weaker kick then the normal flavour

Ordered the cherry lemonade flavour based on other users reviews; I’m glad I did as the flavour tastes great! I have used plenty of pre workout drinks and this is definitely one of my favourites, the intense focus you get from the product is just enough and has proven itself for at least an hour of both weights and cardio. There are only a few negatives which lose this product 1 of its stars and that is when mixed there tends to be a sediment at the bottom regardless of how long it’s mixed for, if you’re unfortunate enough to get a mouthful of some of these little white bits they burn your tonge like eating a raw chilli! I must add that’s only happened twice so far In a weeks use. There are one or two pre workout products that offer more ingredients such as No-Explode but for out and out focus and intensity I would definitely purchase this product again. Wanna try the blue raz flavour next.

This pre workout is one of my all time favorites, I usually go for Blue Raspberry so I thought i'd try Cherry Limeade, it mixes with ease and the flavor is like a higher quality Cherry Limeade, not overpowering either and I like that. For me though personally, this pre workout is all about the mental focus and energy, This has it's own unique feel that no other pre workout has in my opinion, the mental focus sends me into daydreams, happy ones, I can do everything but also drift off mentally into this happy state whilst exercising, a sense of Euphoria, it's quite incredible, this state of mind allows time to fly by so fast. I tend to do more with ENGN Shred in all areas like a machine, again that happy tunnel vision I love. But this really is a great feeling pre workout and I support it 100%, you have to try it if you read this, it's worth it. One of my all time best and I have had imports from Europe and America for crazy extreme pre workouts in the past. I still put ENGN Shred in my top 3 of all time pre workouts. This is easily a daily driver for me. In fact, originally, I took this while doing Keto and I dropped 84 pounds in 6 months so, truly amazing pre workout, I walked 33463 steps on ENGN Shred one day for FUN lol, when I was 19 stone (28.98km roughly 18 miles, 6 hours). I was wrecked the next day but the entire time during the walk, I just had great energy levels, endurance and mental state. ENGN for lifting is just easy work, I enjoy it even more, from everything I said here, it's obvious I love the mental feeling from this pre workout. ENGN Shred is Excellent and I give it a 10 out of 10.

Recently purchased and I'm loving this. Good boost. Just ensure you drink plenty to keep hydrated

The pre-workout is not great at all... On paper it sounds good and effective which is why I decided to purchase it. I have tried it 3 times now. The drink mixes well and the tast is decent. Better then some of the other big brand ones that are currently out there. Beyond that it did very little. At the gym I did not feel a buzz from the beta alanine in this, the caffeine did not give me a good focus at all and overall the experience was bad. It gave me a headache and that was the only effect really which wasn't the effect I was hoping for. It's a shame as reading good reviews, I had high hopes for this pre-workout but honestly, considering the price of it, there are much better alternatives for less money that will aid your training significantly more than this will!! Perhaps this was just my experience but want to share it so you don't spend your money on something that in reality, isn't great at all!

If you do feel energised, its for about 10/15 minutes and even then its a small buzz at the very most. Given its more expensive then the others on the market, I assumed it would be better - I assumed wrong. Stick to the cheaper ones.
