Sbestily 10 Pack 1.2" x 13" Replacement Knife Sharpener Sanding Belt 2500 Grit

I gave these a test on my mini belt sander, they worked well for repairing the edge on a putty knife I use as a paint scraper. This fine of a grit does not cut very fast, but it leaves a nice shiny edge. The belt did not seen to get dull as I was using it, it didn't seem to get any wear when used against the carbon steel putty knife edge. The belts look to be made from 3M Trizact sanding belt stock. They did not come apart or have any issues at the joint. They were the proper size for the mini belt sander, and did not appear to stretch while in use. They were easy to install and ran true on the sanders wheels. These are a nice price point for a belt that does not wear out very fast.

Excellent assortment of grits. Great quality belts that are easy to use and work super good at sharpening knives with less time and effort and holds the edge better and longer than stones. Perfect for small belt sanders and great value for the money.

These use a high-tech "Trizact" style abrasive. This style is quick to remove material and it stays sharp longer. I took a macro picture of the surface and you can see the perfectly formed pyramids on the belt. I'm not sure they are actually 2500 grit, it look coarser than that, but they work great.

These 2500 grit sanding belts are excellent for honing and polishing knives. The quality is impressive, and they hold up well without wearing down quickly. Perfect for creating a sharp edge without removing excess metal. If you don’t have a belt sander, you can easily wrap the belt around a flat piece of wood and use it by hand. Great value and very effective for both kitchen knives and tools.
