It's okay great looking though
It's pretty cheap plastic I guess it's because it's Japan for delicate use only Japanese say some stuff made in China isn't even that week it should be like $50 not no 100 something dollars good design model I hope Kato stays in business but please make cheaper trains

Perfect all around transaction
Fastest shipping overseas... One week was the total transaction time. This is great. The detail is amazing, and it's runs great!!

Kato is the best.
Like always, runs perfect out of the box. This 8 car set was priced lower than anywhere else. Excellent. DCC ready too. Decoders for this, non sound, are about $30.

Not a real N-scale train.
This train has no real coupling. For the price? I think 20 US Dollars would be pushing it. The cars only slide together in a stick. The body does not tilt. The motor is a middle car and not the one with wings. It should not be legal to sell.

Runs fine. The one I recieved was used though, so look at it closely. Some parts are fragile.

A great N Scale bullet train set by Kato. The train set runs fine even at speed on some pretty tight turns. I already am quite impressed! The cars are of great quality and detail. Both power units on each end of the train have LED headlights too, which I thought was a really cool addition. I also really enjoyed the box it came in for transport and to avoid damaging the cars. Just be very gentle connecting the cars together, it can be a bit finicky but DO NOT USE TOO MUCH FORCE! Overall, this train set is great, especially for a first time bullet train set. Reasonably priced and of great quality. Great job as always Kato 👍
