My household loves Blueshift Electrolytes! Lately we’re flying through pods after marathon yard work sessions and springtime hikes. They’re also great if you just wake up feeling a little groggy and need a boost. At first I was surprised by the flavor a little (a bit salty, with none of the syrupy sweetness of alternatives), but I like it a lot and it’s so refreshing to know the light pink color comes from natural ingredients and flavors, and not dyes or other scary additives. The “floaty bits” were also new to me at first but now I know they’re actually little fruit particles, which is pretty awesome. Every time I have a pod, it’s like a freshly made mocktail, with health benefits to boot🍹

Great taste. Doen't have that over powering sugar /salt taste that other company's product have. A great way of getting back lost electrolytes and stay hydrated.

I don't understand why there are so many good reviews of this product. I've tried several different electrolyte mixes and this is the worst thing I've ever tasted! It tastes like what I would imagine furniture polish would taste like. Like lemon pledge! It's just awful.

It taste like lemon water with a raspberry. I drink lemon water every day so that’s how I can make the comparison. It’s not bad. I like to eat it with a meal or in the morning when I get up. It gives me anything. It keeps me hydrated in the morning and after a meal, I don’t go to sleep.

Very happy with this purchase. At my age it is so important to stay hydrated, but I have tried many other electrolyte drinks and they are way too sweet for me. These are just the right amount of sweetness, and they are so convenient to just peel and pour into my water bottle. My friend who recommended these warned me that they won’t completely dissolve in water and I would need to shake my bottle from time to time, just because they have real fruit powders in them. But that didn’t bother me at all. I like knowing that the ingredients are natural.

So I have these on a subscription cause I love them, as a breastfeeding mom they’re a huge hydration boost!!! So the past 2 bags I’ve received, over half of the pods have been broken open and all over the inside of the package. I tried reaching out to Amazon AND the seller and they won’t replace the bag. I was only able to get a few sealed undamaged pods out of this bag. Disappointed and may switch to a different brand :( the taste is delicious and that’s why I kept these as my brand but the customer service is not great as of lately. They aren’t super expensive which is nice but still sucks that I finally find a great product that doesn’t clump when you mix it and tastes great and is cleaner than most hydration additives and then this happens :(
