This stuff really keeps your makeup in place! It has a slight mattifying effect, which works well if you’re oily-prone, but the main benefit is how long it lasts. I’d definitely use it for weddings, proms, or other big events because it truly locks everything in place for hours. The hype is real—Shelby on TikTok convinced me, and I’m glad she did. What I love: Makes makeup last all day or all night Slightly mattifying, so great for shine control Fine, even mist for full-face coverage Perfect for special occasions or long days Downside: Smells and feels like hairspray, which might be a little off-putting for some. If you get it in your hair, it does feel stiff like hair spray. Overall, this is a must-have if you need your makeup to stay put for long hours. I’ll definitely repurchase for events where I need my look to stay flawless.

I live in Texas where it is muggy, hot, sweltering, sticky and the minute you walk out the door your make up melts off. I just recently moved here so I had to find some alternatives to my normal make up routine to counter the weather. I switched to Laura Gellar's baked foundation powder for older skin and I fell in love. I thought since it was powder that I would need a hefty setting spray. I was wrong, the powder stays just fine without the setting spray for a few hours but with the setting spray? It will stay perfect and flawless on my face until I wash it off. I dont know if its true, but the product smells like hairspray so I assume it shares some of the same chemical properties. Whatever its made of... it works like a dream and keeps your make up from melting in humid environments. I love how fine the mist is and that the top doesnt get all gunked up with sticky crap. And when they say 36 hours? Ha. Im serious, this will keep your make up in place until you wash it off. You could probably wear the same full face of make up for a week off this.

Highly recommend this product; it sprays a fine mist which catches all angles of your face. It sets your make up literally more than 8 hrs for sure, probably more if needed. It has a faint fragrance but nothing overwhelming.

I am in LOVE with this setting spray. I wore this for the first time for a gala over the weekend and my makeup didn't budge. Not even with all the the hugs, and eating and partying we did. Even when I went to go take it off, it still didn't come all the way off. I had to scrub my face with my face brush before it finally came off. The thing I like most is that, as an oily girl, I was able to use a napkin to blot the oil away without any of my makeup coming off with it. This is my first time ever being able to do that and I have used some EXPENSIVE setting sprays. My only reason for not being able to give it a full 5 stars is because of the smell and how it feels after spraying. I'm sure there are a million and one reviews about the smell and maybe it'll prompt L'Oreal to revisit the lab but ya'll..to me this smells like a can of spray paint. Like I literally gagged after spraying it. Horrible, horrible smell. And I also wasn't a fan of the fact that it made my face feel almost like stuck. Like maybe a tight sensation. I wasn't a huge fan of that. It does wear off but it took a good 20 minutes before my face felt normal again. However, with all of that, this may still be my new favorite setting spray. I just hope L'Oreal doesn't discontinue it like they've done some of my other favorite products. i just need them to revisit the smell. That's it, that's all.

This is my first time using this.It works well when you spray a lot on and it takes about 5 minutes to set. It lasts all day. Only issue is it smells just like hairspray and it’s sticky when you put it on.

It's actually one of my favorite setting sprays that I've used. It goes on evenly. My make up stays where I put it. It lasts the whole workday and into the evening. My face looked great all day. It's lightweight and not greasy or sticky. It's super easy to use, unlike the pumps. However, unlike the pumps, it's not as easy to control how much you get on your face, and I feel like a lot of it went everywhere else, and then it ran out faster. Unlike the pumps, it's hard to tell how much is left.

The BEST setting spray I've ever used and I've tried a number of brands. The scent can be a little overwhelming at first.. to me it smelled like JLO perfume. It lasts all day as it says. I have very oily skin and it keeps it non shiny and in pristine condition all day.
