I had bought this machine for my granddaughter. It wouldn't turn on. It was broke. I sent a email to the company on Sat. By early Monday morning i recieved a email back asking for some information about the snow cone machine. I had to email soom information back to them. By Sat they had sent a new machine to my granddaughter. She is enjoying making and eating her snow cones. I have to say what great customer service I had recieved. Would recomend this produce to everyone.

My grandson absolutely loves this. It really works great and you can make several snow cones at a time. It's so cute my daughter has it on the kitchen counter for show. One time we crushed a bunch of ice and he played with it like Snow for fun. He got it for his 8th b-day in March. He is using it now for summer snow cones to keep cool. I say it was a good buy.

This was definitely worth the money! Bought it for my grand daughter's birthday party. It was easy to use and made the ice perfect for the sno cones. We used Kool-Aid to make the different syrups and it was a big hit with the kids. She's used it several times since and it still works good.
