Packaging needs improvement
The product is nice but the packaging is bad. They should ideally share it with stuffed paper but they fold the bag and the bag got creases. It's not a good experience if you ordered it to gift someone

purchased a bag from amazon. After only two days of normal use, the bag has torn and the threads have come loose. This is very disappointing as I expected better quality. I have attached photos of the damage for your reference. Since this appears to be a manufacturing defect, I request a replacement or refund at the earliest. Please let me know the next steps.terrible service terrible,either return my money or take this bag.
