I must say it’s delicious! I feel like it might of helped slightly with appetite. But don’t truly see much of a loss weight-wise. But If not it seems to be very healthy regardless with all the vitamin ingredients involved. So I will give it a few stars for that. Energy was the same.

These electrolytes are amazing. I love the taste and they're so easy to use. Like protein powder, this electrolyte powder dissolves in your water. I would recommend this for anyone in sports.

Saw this on one of those infomercials and glad I got it from Amazon. Absolutely no affect on me whatsoever. I took it for over a month with no results. The infomercial kept hounding me when I didn't buy from them. And wanting me to buy multiple bottles. I always check Amazon after seeing one of those on things I'm interested in. So grateful I did this time too!

My product was received on time and very well packaged. I have ordered it several times already. I have used it for a couple of months as indicated, but I didn't see any any results in my weight so I sropped using it. It has a nice e fruity smell. It did not cause any side effects on me
