Then right mouse button then go to the add a Bluetooth device then left click on Bluetooth or other device then add a device then select Bluetooth making sure you have got Bluetooth turned on the device you want to connect with the item should be listed then select the name of the device you want to connect with and click connect you should see numbers on both screens now ready for file transfer.

When you use it especially for YouTube it’ll take half a second for the audio to catch up on whatever headphones are connected which is abit annoying but works really well

I have a fairly new supposedly powerful PC running Windows 11. The internal Bluetooth has been pretty useless since day one and the wireless internet really subpar. Choppy, ineffective, very temperamental. To cure the internet problems I had to buy a signal booster. Eighty quid! Regarding Bluetooth, for seven quid I thought "What have you got to lose?" Apart from seven quid, that is. Disabled the internal Bluetooth as instructed. Plugged the dongle into the USB port. Done. My Sony wireless headphones, keyboard, mouse, etc, all connected seamlessly and all seem to function smoothly without glitches. Fingers crossed, it works. Can't ask for much more than that.

I wanted bluetooth 5.3 just because I'm a geek and wanted to have something close to the current bluetooth standard supported. This dongle is detected, configured and registered as a bluetooth 5.3 device. It works great with my A2DP, AVRCP, HFP -- that is, when using headphones and headsets, has no issues. However, my keyboard (HID profile) was a different story. Frequent disconnects so much so that the keyboard is unusable over bluetooth. If I didn't also my onboard bluetooth 4.0 to compare, I would have thought I had a faulty keyboard. Maybe it's a problem with the keyboard still, but only specific to this bluetooth implementation on this dongle, but hey, this device has forced me to go back to using my keyboard in wired mode. I'm unfortunately back on the hunt for another Bluetooth 5.3 device.

My PC motherboard doesn't have Bluetooth or WIFI built in and this little Bluetooth dongle has made using my PC in a significant way. It is easy to install by simply connecting it to a USB port on your computer and then it is ready to use. The dongle has great range for such a small device, with my phone being connected via Bluetooth all over my house and even outside on the street. I have noticed some lag in sound and picture when watching TV or movies using Bluetooth, but the overall quality is very good.

This just straight up didn't work with my PC, I'm using windows 11 and the single couldn't detect two separate pairs or wireless earbuds, our phones connect to our laptop but they wouldn't recognize the PC/dongle either. I tried uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling them, but the company website doesn't offer any different driver downloads for this model, it seems like other people got it to work but this just wouldn't work with my setup at all, promptly returned.

there is a well known issue of cracking audio on Windows 11 laptop to Bluetooth headphones, my Sennheiser MOMENTUM 4 Wireless Headphones worked perfectly with my Android phone but when connected to laptop via Bluetooth I got very loud cracking interruptions to both mp3 running locally & streaming YouTube videos every few minutes. Connected this dongle and have not had any audio issues whatsoever since !
