Then right mouse button then go to the add a Bluetooth device then left click on Bluetooth or other device then add a device then select Bluetooth making sure you have got Bluetooth turned on the device you want to connect with the item should be listed then select the name of the device you want to connect with and click connect you should see numbers on both screens now ready for file transfer.

If installed Home assistant on a raspberry pi in a metal case heatsink to help with the thermals. This blocked the internal Bluetooth, so I needed an external adapter. I have a fairly new supposedly powerful PC running Windows 11. The internal Bluetooth has been pretty useless since day one and the wireless internet really subpar. Choppy, ineffective, very temperamental. To cure the internet problems I had to buy a signal booster. Eighty quid! Regarding Bluetooth, for seven quid I thought "What have you got to lose?" Apart from seven quid, that is. Disabled the internal Bluetooth as instructed. Plugged the dongle into the USB port. Done. My Sony wireless headphones, keyboard, mouse, etc, all connected seamlessly and all seem to function smoothly without glitches. Fingers crossed, it works. Can't ask for much more than that.

When you use it especially for YouTube it’ll take half a second for the audio to catch up on whatever headphones are connected which is abit annoying but works really well

Purchased this after seeing a friend having 0 issues with their Bluetooth adapter. I had a strange branded one before that was giving me odd issues with connectivity sometimes cutting for a couple of seconds at random points, also when moving my head with Bluetooth headphones. So purchased this and realised what a good Bluetooth adapter is like. Very reliable, just make sure you uninstall Bluetooth drivers before plugging this in for best ease of installation.

Works exactly as you would expect and it’s very good value for money (currently on offer), although it doesn’t sit very well (quite loose) in the usb slot for some reason although every other usb I have fits perfectly fine. And the cap you are pretty much guaranteed to lose definitely needs a little rubber strap. Set up is fairly simple and takes around 5 minutes although I would recommend watching a video so you can quickly do it. Very fast and connects multiple devices.

Very happy with my purchase and also how fast it was delivered, it does what its supposed to do and also was value for money as well, easy to install, good signal as well plus very compatable.

This just straight up didn't work with my PC, I'm using windows 11 and the single couldn't detect two separate pairs or wireless earbuds, our phones connect to our laptop but they wouldn't recognize the PC/dongle either. I tried uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling them, but the company website doesn't offer any different driver downloads for this model, it seems like other people got it to work but this just wouldn't work with my setup at all, promptly returned.
