The first day, you would start with 1 morning tea in the morning and 1 night tea in the evening (The night tea is strong, please drink less if you are sensitive to the tea). Then drink 1 cup morning boost tea each day and drink 1 cup night cleanse tea every other night before bedtime. Hope this helps. Best regards.

Since this is a detox tea, after drinking, approximately how long will it take to send to bathroom ?

Drinking this tea it does keep you regulated, not diarrhea. It does make me go to the bathroom more often and I think it's detoxing. My body feels clean from using this tea.

Is this a meal replacement drink or do u just add it with food

I think It’s best to take the morning one after a little meal. The night one i dont think it matter.
