Awful, does not cool a room in the slightest
Extremely disappointed in this AC unit. We got it for our garage which is less than 550sq feet, we’ve had it running for days and the garage temp has not changed. The unit barely blows out air even on the highest setting, barely cold even on the lowest temp at 61. Amazon won’t let you return it either. Should’ve read the reviews before purchasing but you’d think a 12,000 BTU window unit would be more than sufficient for our garage.

If you need an expensive heavy end table buy this. For Amazon to have the gall to put this on their site, is disgusting, because YOU CAN’T PLUG IT IN!!!! How dare you Amazon for jacking me around with this fecal matter. The plugin doesn’t plug into my wall. Can you say CLASS AcTION LAWSUIT. You will pay Amazon, You will pay Woot if it’s the last thing I do on earth!!! Shame on you

PRODUCT DEFECTIVE DOES NOT COOL
This product does not work and does not cool at all. I reached out to the seller with no response at all and its unable to be returned or refunded at this point it seems to be an unresolvable issue.

Best AC window unit honestly, keeps the house nice and cold when my central ac unit went out.

Unacceptable
Update: once I was finally able to get a new outlet after driving 3 hours, heat doesn’t even work… customer service can’t even decide on a refund amount. I would never recommend this seller. Listen I get it refurbished so I wasn’t expecting the GOAT of air conditioning. This thing looks like it was dropped from a few stories before shipped out. Completely unacceptable. Will be requesting a refund. I thought it was to good to be true.

Not worth the money.
Received this damaged in several places. I realize the is a refurbished but the looks like it was dropped multiple times not to mention we can't even hook it up yet because we have to run knew wiring, a breaker and outlet for this since it didn't specify this was not run on 110. So now that's more money for something we can't even return if it doesn't work.

Broken in several spots , you need a 220 electric line run to use it. The seller is a very good responsive seller took full responsibility for what was wrong.
