Greisinger GTD 1100 digital barometer, pressure meter

I have a 'back garden' weather station, a hobby to indluge in in my retirement. I have an aviation background, 40 years +, and noticed that the pressures provided by my equipment weren't very accurate which troubled me, after all, accurate pressure settings are one of the most important items of information required by aviators. I've had the Greisinger for a couple of months and have found that using it correctly, to find the atmospheric settings that I require, it is spot on. I have to qualify my 5 stars to say that the instruction pamphlet is quite awful, this meter is perfect if you understand altimetry and can throw the manual away. I guess the translation from German, whilst seeming to be eloquent, isn't good. I must mention that this item was delivered speedily and that I'm very pleased with it notwithstanding the comments above.
