Whether you're doing physical therapy after surgery or injury or you are working to strengthen your fingers due to playing an instrument, this feels like it will help. They can also apparently be used to work out stress, even aside from use as regular exercise!They come in one box that was not labeled and the grips are individually wrapped. You get two (I would guess one for each hand) that are conveniently labeled as light, medium, heavy, and x-heavy. They do correspond in this manner, and you can identify that easily just by picking them up and testing the lot. They definitely live up to their name as light, medium, heavy, and x-heavy.That all said, this is more about getting finger strength and then working on these to develop finger stamina, too. So that's something to consider if they're a bit easier for you when you pick them up - working on stamina.You can work each of the fingers individually and then of course work on them all as a grip. They rest well in even my smaller hands as they're made to sit in the kind of lower section of your hand below your thumb where it forms a natural pocket when you grip with your hand. So it shouldn't be an issue no matter your hand size. The springs seem to sit in there well so I do not foresee any of them popping out or anything. The hard plastic that these are made of feels solid (not cheap).You could even look at this for gifts or even split it into 2 gifts if you wanted since they are a pair each. This would probably be appropriate for someone who needs physical therapy, the elderly who need to work on hand strength, or someone who is stressed out or just likes to exercise. And of course, for yourself. Definitely recommend.

This is a great set with graduating weight strengths. I like that there are two of each, meaning you can train both hands at once rather than one at a time. The box they come in is compact and makes storage easy.The only thing I've noticed is that sometimes the motion of the springs is not very smooth. It can get clicky and feel like it's snagging, but never strongly enough that it feels it's going to break. I am not sure if this is normal for weights or not, but it is the only thing that seems to have affected the performance. Otherwise, they're great.

They're a little lighter than what I expected so the "very heavy" is comfortable for me. They're super comfortable in your hand and I like the individual finger springs. The shape is perfect. They do stick a little bit when using which is the only reason I didn't give these 5 stars. Otherwise not a bad deal.

They are easy to use. I watch tv and work on my grip. They come with 4 pairs of different strengths, so you can work out both hands at the same time. Each finger can press down individually, which I like best that isn't just one solid bar across. You will work out each finger and not rely on dominant fingers to compensate for, i.e., a weak pinky.

You can never have too many of these things!, And if they are all this good and well built, then it's even better. My son asked me for these, and i also wanted to get them, to exercise and strengthen my fingers, so i got this pack that comes with a bunch of them in really cool colors, and i will never have to worry about buying them again. I'm very glad i made this purchase!
