I’m really impressed with this dusting system. The extension pole works extremely well and makes it easy to reach ceilings, corners, ceiling fans, and high shelves without dragging out a ladder. It feels sturdy and lightweight at the same time. Changing the duster is quick and simple, which I appreciate — no awkward clips or complicated steps. The duster itself grabs dust well and doesn’t just push it around. A nice bonus is the included storage bag. It keeps everything together neatly in the closet instead of pieces getting lost or tangled up. Overall, this is a well-designed, high-quality cleaning tool that actually makes dusting easier and faster. Definitely worth it if you want something more convenient than traditional dusters.

Excellent product! It works very well and is well-made. I especially love the disposable part of the dusting system, which is high-quality and doesn't need to be washed. I will order more disposables.

Bought this to dust 10 foot ceilings and because of the brand name. Telescoping, feels sturdy. The best feature is the disposable duster -- it has a small slit which fits over a button on the handle - the duster does not slide off while cleaning ( as it does on another brand of duster}. One can do high and low dusting with this system. I am VERY pleased.

Works well, but when cleaning under furniture, the hard part of the wand scrapes on the floor. Like how long the extender is. Like that there is a reusable option or disposable for the duster.

I love the soft Bona Duster with a retractable / extendable duster that locks at intervals and reaches the ceiling effectively, even for short people like me! Then I put it in a small linen bag, wash it, dry it in the dryer and voila!!, all new again! It is sturdy too!Awesome product!!

LOVE this!!! The adjustable angled head and extending wand is perfect! I can reach my walls, crown molding, ceiling fans as well as underneath and behind big pieces of furniture where vacuuming and regular dusting can’t normally get clean well enough. It’s light weight, reusable / washable and has a nice package to store the wand in when done. I really did not want more waste (e.g. disposable dusters) and am thrilled by this design. If having all parts of your home clean is your thing or even if you need quick dusting this is perfect for either.

I finally used this after purchasing it well over 30 days ago. Worked well but the part that the dusters attach to seems somewhat flimsy. I would be afraid to be too rough with it. Three stars might be unfair but I wish it was sturdier feeling. Only used it once so this is just a first impression.

Does a great job of picking up dust and can now access even into the top of my skylights. No more balancing on chairs or stools.

Thought Bona would create a better quality product, but all it takes is extending the handle once for it to fall apart. Waste of time and money.
