Amazing knife, superior quality, great craftsmanship and fantastic price. I own a few Japanese knives and I miss say this one is very good, so sharp. The blade is amazing, great quality. I can cut anything with it and the cuts are so clean. It's very easy to handle, perfect balance. I love the brand, and I have never been disappointed with it. The price is really good, this is the only place I could find it at this price. I definitely recommend this product.

Great knife, bought it for my gf and its super sharp. It cuts veggies very thinly and will cut English muffins or bagels with ease. Ive used it to cut large blocks of meat thinly like pork butt. Its the perfect butcher knife for women too cause its not too big and bulky. It fits her hands really well as well as mine which is significantly bigger. Id buy this again but i think i wont have to since its a great quality knife and if you sharpen it this will last you a life time

This knifes are extrealy comfortable and light weight. Liked them so much om buying all the sizes snd styles I can. Be aware there are at least two different handle styles, make sure they match If desired. Have used enough to know edge retention.

I have had the knife for about two weeks and have used it to cut vegetables and chicken. Nice looking, very sharp, and has a nice balance. Comfortable in the hand, lighter than a cleaver but just as useful for the same tasks. It slices most vegetables with ease except for carrots which require a little more pressure. I feel it is a great knife for the price.

This is a great knife. I got it for my wife who is a chef and needed something to make it easier for her to cut large amounts of meat without burning her shoulder out - she's a petite woman. I'm not sure what type of steel it is but right out of the box it's razor sharp. The handle is ergonomically perfect for both her small hands as well as my XL hands. Additionally, she says the knife has just the right amount of weight to make slicing paper thin meat easy. She loves it!
