It’s great value for the money. The drink is a good size. It’s 12 ounces. The calorie count is very low only 10 cal. The sugar content is zero. I drink it from the can, but if you pour it into a glass, it has a light color. It’s great for workout focus or even as a midday pick me up. I highly recommend the drink in this flavor in particular.
