Phenomenal upgrade and a MUST HAVE fix for the defective dual sense edge back paddle structure. Installation can take 30-45 mins and all you're doing is replacing the factory housing for the paddles with this reinforced structure. The original lasted me about 150hours of heavy usage, and by comparison, I've used THIS product for 11 months now and over 1000 hours and I've had ZERO issues. Saved the controller for me which is great minus the defective paddle housing. This is an easy buy and I'd recommend it to everyone who bought the dual sense edge and use the back buttons.

Great product saved my $200 controller. My left back pedal gets abused and it finally gave out. It was hard to push down and not smooth and clicky as it once was. The installation was tedious but easy following the video. I originally ordered the motherboard as well but turns out I didn’t need that. Great product.

If you are the type of person who thinks your dualsense edge's life has ended because one back paddle is broken, don't throw your expensive controller in the trash yet. Buy this kit and fix it yourself. Fit exactly as the original parts. And comes with a QR code with step by step video on how to fix it. My controller is still running strong.

The disassembly and assembly process os fairly straightforward. The kit even has some extra parts just in case you lose something. Be careful when reassembling the back panel with the little sliders (mine were out of place and had to realign them again). I recommend using a proper screwdriver instead of the one provided as a couple of the screws were especially tight and the screwdriver head broke. Other than that the product is fantastic. Controller is working perfectly. Highly recommend.

Bought these because my back paddles on my 200+ controller back paddle took a crap. Turns put the cheap pot metal parts used to make the "officially liscensed " are not left and right specific. So this 2 pack I got will repair my controller one more time after this most recent repair. Its always my back paddles for me... and im a very very casual 40+ year old gamer. If im that casual can I even be called a gamer? That's not for me to decide. Lol. But anywho. 20+ ish bucks(I dont even know how much I spent, I just knew it wasnt gonna be another 250+ or whatever for a new controller. Now, if Playstation can just do something about the battery life of the dual sense edge controllers.
