Flanges having leakage problem
Item received in good condition and ease to use. One problem we faced is that the Flange started leaking within four months of use, i asked for a replacement for damaged Flange but i received a response Quote "Hi, We are sorry for the inconvenience, Kindly notice that the silicone parts need to be replaced regularly, the parts will be available about in 3 weeks" As I need to use multiple times daily , waiting three weeks is not acceptable.

No replacement or guarantee
The product was good for 3 months. After that not working properly. I had sent email to replace the product but they told me to buy the product again and they will reimburse. When I asked how I will trust them if they will refund then no response for that email. it's more than a month. Better to buy branded products even if it's little expensive.

Updated review: after 1 month and 2 weeks of using one of the 2 pumps is not working properly and the power is very weak

Not practical. Even if you close it properly, leakage is there. Too big machine and difficult to hold. Not recommended
