Extra deep lid is a great idea. The box one size up was too big, and the smaller one wouldn't quite fit my needs. Always use these for storage as they are strong and have a very wide range of sizes/shapes. One star dropped as poor packaging meant a small piece had broken off an edge, but as this did not affect the functionality I didn't bother to try and return or replace.

Really Useful Boxes are ...er, really useful. Robust, strong plastic with easy-to-fix fasteners. Never wear out and are easy to store and carry. Box arrived promptly, no fuss.

Box lid arrived cracked; not the best for protecting valuable records!!

Item is very good and well made although dimensions different from those listed, lid about 6-7 cm taller, but kept anyway as very useful item.

I got it to store a boat load of 45's(records) that i haven't had a chace to go through yet. As i produce Hip-hop music and play orginal soul breaks when i spin out. so was looking for a wy to just store some of the new prospects. Yes it does hold about 200, 45's, the problem is that you can't put the top back on. It Isn't deep enough to hold them. sSo you have to slant them a bit in order to put the lid back on. If you know anything about records, you should never slant them to store them as it will slowly add pressure to the back records and cause them to wrap. But other than that is a great product.
