Good value for money, seems well built - crap instructions
Compared to many models this is excellent value for money. It’s let down by lousy instructions clearly translated form Chinese. It appears to be well made with simple wiring instructions. The clip to the back plate is a bit fiddly. I simply couldn’t understand the operating instructions and as other reviewers have commented reverted to online videos on YouTube that do the job for you -just search in videos for the manufacturers name and their very good at explaining entering the settings mode and setting it up. Once you know it’s not too bad. Would have given it 5 stars re quality and value for money but for the instructions.

Great value but its not Devi
Limited by its functionality, good screen, easy to set up, simple 5/2 and 7 days programmer. Sadly cannot program each day differently in 7 day mode.

Great item/bad delivery
The product is great, the delivery wasn’t. The driver lied and said left in porch when it was put behind a gate 130ft from the porch.

Very good value
Works fine and considerably cheaper than alternatives. We replaced a unit that had a floor sensor that malfunctioned. This has both a floor and air sensor. The only issue we had was that this unit was thicker than the previous unit so had to build it up to fit it.

The interface was written by someone who doesn't understand user interfaces
This is the most difficult device to use and program. The interface is hard to use, both unresponsive to the touch and poorly displayed. If you want to program a schedule, and let's face it if you have a programmable thermostat you probably want to, then that's in the advanced section which is almost impossible to get into. It's so hard I keep having to remind myself via youtube videos on how to do it. To start, the symbols make no sense, apart from the up and down arrow. The menu system is a symbol like a book, top right, but you can't just push that button to get into it, you have to push it in combination with another one. Once in you are presented with four letter codes that mean nothing unless you have the installation booklet. It's frankly impossible to remember what the codes mean and some of them are truly advanced, i.e. setting max temperature limits and other obscure settings. Why is this mixed with programming the heating timeslots? Even the selection of using a floor sensor verses air sensor is known as in/out/all, what? What does "in" mean, and "out"? What about "floor", or "air", are those words patented? I'll be sending this piece of junk back, frankly it's really only any good if you set it once and forget it for the rest of your life, because you'll never remember how to reset it. "Intuitive" is not a word this interface designer understands, I guess they skipped that part of the course in college.
