Faccio il pane in casa da sempre, ma devo dire che da quando uso Emile Henry , il pane oltre che molto bello da vedere, è anche buonissimo. Cottura perfetta, croccante fuori e morbido dentro. Mai più senza Emile Henry!

Vengo de un molde de aluminio con tapa y sin duda, la cerámica es mejor. Consigue un pan bien cocido, rico y crujiente. Muy fácil de hacer. Fácil de limpiar. El pan no se pega a la base ni a la tapa "encamisando" el molde según recomiendan. Librito de manejo y recetas no en español, aunque se entiende. Molde diseño y color elegantes (tengo el gris). Embalaje muy protector. Nos llegó en el plazo correcto y a buen precio.
