I really enjoy these! I’m allergic to flouride so my dentist recommended I use some gum when I can’t brush because my teeth are so sensitive. Not to mention I need the vitamins I’m an anemic ultrarunner always looking for ways to get my vitamins!great freshness, keeps my teeth nice and healthy I have definitely noticed less sensitivity, I wish there were more per ba but then again I’m a gum addict,

No sugar, great flavor
I usually chew gum while I’m strength training, I had stopped because of the sugary products on the market. This gum was a pleasant surprise, no sugary spike, it lasted 1.5 hours plus 30 minutes of cardio. Great flavor…

Yummy but fades
Great tasting. Refreshing, but the taste only lasts 10-15 minutes. Good for chewing after a meal.

It tastes great but the taste doesn’t last very long. I’m ok with that because I don’t tend to chew the gum that long. I like that are added vitamins in them. The size is perfect for a lunch bag, purse or car storage department.
