Great quality
I love my chi machine. It has a great dial for speed. The ankle holsters do make me sore if used multiple days in a row. The machine is also super heavy, not easy to transport. Overall, I love it! Does what it needs to and feels like it is sturdy and trust worthy quality.

not worth the hassle
I liked this product after having it for less than 3 months. However, it just stopped working for no reason. now i have the task of figuring out how to contact the manufacturer. Not looking forward to it. Wish I would not have ordered it.

Worth It
More expensive than others but this is the original manufacturer and the thing just works and works well. It would be nice if the ankle holders were adjustable but it really does help alleviate my lower back pain and it's fun to use.
