I expect parcels to be brought to my door like any other delivery person does.

Item was fine but delivery driver buzzed me, I open the door, instead of bringing it up he threw it inside the main door downstairs. I expect parcels to be brought to my door like any other delivery person does.

Cardboard cases
Obviously the album's are 5 stars but they come packaged in cardboard packets not cd cases so it loses a star.
