In this relentless, action-packed thriller, a passenger train bound for New Delhi becomes a bloody battleground of brutal close-quarters combat as a pair of commandos square off against a 40-strong army of invading bandits. Review: One of the rawest, grittiest action films to come out of India - One of the other reviewers on here said that this was a prequel to the movie "Kill Bill" but don't be fooled. This movie is in NOT related to the "Kill Bill" movies at all and has nothing to do with them. Not sure if that guy saw a different movie or is just trolling. That being said, this is still an awesome action movie that deserves to be seen by anyone who enjoys hardcore bloody action! It's story centers around a train being taken over by 40 knife wielding gang members planning on holding everyone on board for ransom; but standing in their way is Amrit, a military trained commando who must fight his way through each train car in order to get to and save his fiancee who also happens to be on that train. It's your basic "One man army fights off dozens of goons and save the girl" kind of plot, but here it is executed with lots of gritty action, tight choreography and slick editing, and some genuinely good acting performances that had me actually caring about the lead characters including some of the villains. It's a fast paced nonstop ride with the whole movie taking place on this one train and the entire thing feeling like one continuous action scene after the next that never lets up. The movie makes great use of the train car setting with our lead characters having to fight in these supper tight corridors and the cinematography does a good job of filming these actions scenes in such tight spaces. The action is handled very well and is done in similar fashion to other bloody action films like the "The Raid" and "The night comes for us" with a big emphasis on realistic bloody violence, and it strikes up a nice balance of having our lead action hero be both a skilled fighter who can take on multiple opponents, but also still having enough realism and grounded fighting that he never feels too overpowered. It never felt like he had "Plot Armour" so to speak. I had heard that this was one of the "most violent and goriest films India has ever produced" and after watching this movie, I can say that's probably no exaggeration. I haven't seen a whole lot of movies from India, but this film was certainly gory and had some very cringe inducing fatalities and violence on display. There are a lot of bones and limbs that get twisted in ways that they really shouldn't to say the least. I liked though that it never felt too over the top. The gore and violence, while very extreme at times, always felt graphic in a realistic way and never felt too gratuigous or trashy. It was extreme violence done relatively tasteful if you can imagine that. Also like I said, the acting performances were all done very well with the main character in particular doing a fantastic job. His character could have easily been a very generic action hero, but the actor does a great job with the material and you really come to care about him and the people he's trying to save. The movie also does a good job of giving some of the villains a good amount of depth too and there were times where I actually felt bad for them as well; especially seeing them get torn apart in some extremely violent scenarios. I should mention that this movie(or at least the 4K steelbook I ordered) DOES NOT COME with an English audio track, but only comes in Hindi with English or Spanish subtitles. So if you hate reading subtitles just be weary of that. Interestingly enough, it does come with an English descriptive audio track which while kind of random, is a nice addition if you want to watch this with friends who can't see that well, I guess. On the topic of the 4K steelbook release; It is a very beautiful steelbook and I love that the slipcover for it acts as a "train car window" that goes over the main artwork of the lead character. I don't know, I guess I just really like fun gimmicky cases like that; and I always appreciate nice physical media releases like these, especially for movies from India which you really don't see much of in North America. It also comes with several "Behind the scenes" material that document the making of the film and how they shot it, etc. Its a great release overall and definitely worth having for action fans. My one criticism for the film would be that while the action is really good; it's nonstop and some of it does get a little bit repetitive at times. I feel like they could have easily condensed parts of this movie and gotten the runtime to be just a little bit shorter. I lost count of how many times the main character got knocked out and taken captive, only to then wake up moments later and easily beat his way out of the situation. It's in moments like those where I wish that the writers could have come up with more clever ways of getting him out of those situations. It's still good though and never detracts from the film too much. Overall I would definitely recommend this film! Review: Bloody, action-packed fun - Great addition to the "one-man-against-the-evil-mob" genre. Setting this one on a train adds a unique flair, creates interesting action set pieces, and makes for a solid, bloody good time. This one really kicks into high gear about half-way through, and never lets up. Looking for an international film that might have slipped past your radar? Check this one out.

Bluray nice action movie, completely worthy
Bluray feedback, very nice movie, a lot of action. Not so real and sometimes too fantastic, the main character is invincible, but the movie pace is well done. Includes spanish subtitles, it is a good addition to my collection. Thanks

No... Im Not Talking About The Fact That It's a Film from India. The Something New, That I've Never Seen Before: "Characterization" of The "Extras" Always Killed Off in Action Films. A Welcome Layer I've Never Seen Before.
