Can't connect, requires 2.4 or mixed 2.4/5G and not compatible with many routers. I have 5G only, wasted my time to read manuals and assemble only to be surprised it will not work in my home. Seller has to highlight this to the buyers They took the refunded item the next day, 10 days after still waiting for the refund of the money

After almost 1 year of use I can confirm that the robot clean well during the first 6 months. Also I have 2000 sq.f floor to be clean and the robot was able to do it relatively good in several sections. The problems started later when I change the accessories and the mops are falling out, the brush keep tangling hair. My advise is to use it in small area and avoid carpets.

The product is acceptable it does a good job with expected limitations and few bugs but overall it kept the floor clean. However, there are few issues to consider before investing into it and i will sort them in order : 1- Very poor support or you may say no support 2- consumables are a lot at a considerable price point 3- it easily tangles with hair 4- obstacle avoidance is not great. So keep cables and pets away. It once lifted the carpet up and got itself tangled 😅 5- if you want to use their detergent then you'll pay good amount of money 6- The robot can easily lose orientation 7- sensors are very fragile 8- it can get your carpet wet 9- the dust bag is small 10- many software limitations compared to its competitors I can list few more but in a nutshell if you can live with all above then thks product will satisfy you Could have been a 3 star if there was support

I bought the product two months back. It has various problems including not able to control with the app and it is totally complicated to use. Most funny part is that there is no response from the after service team. They always ask us to register in various numbers and sites but at the end of the day no response. When we we contact them they are enthusiastic in replying at first then they ignore our messages after reading. If we try to contact them thru the same number, they ignore and if we contact thru another number they respond and say the same. But when they understand it's us again, they keep mum. They initially says ther team will contact us in 48 hrs and no one is bothered to call or text us. They don't have a store or after sales service centre in Dubai. In short, my advice is, never go for this useless product. You will simply lose your money and time. The product is just a showcase piece for us now!!! My rating for the product and their service is zero.

I am writing this review after using the Deebot T30 Omni for 2 weeks. I must say it does a really good job in cleaning every corner of the house. Please keep in mind that you need to remove any large furniture such as stools or chairs from the room so that the deboot has enough space to move around. It goes under almost all the furniture that have enough width and height to let the deebot in. Below are the pros and cons: pros: 1: does not make alot of noise while vaccuming. 2: self cleaning mops and emptying the dust into the dust bag. You only need to refill the water tank every 2 days and empty the dirty water tank a week. 3. Picks up even the smallest dirt from the floor. 4. I love the mopping more than the vaccuming. It mops the floor so well that the tiles start to shine. 5. Can be used multiple times in a day. Also schedule cleanings. 6. Has voice assistant. It also announces when it is returning to station for cleaning the mop mid cycle. PS. It cleans the mops every 25 min during its cleaning session. Cons: 1: one day i did not return back to station properly hence it did not clean the mops and start self charging. When we noticed this I called our Demo assistant and asked him. He asked us to check if anything was stuck behind the dock. We cleaned it and it started charging. 2: Sometime water gets accumulated in the tray (photo) after it cleans the mops. Due to which the station was leaking water outside. We cleaned the tray and it got back to normal. 3. Mapping is an essential part of the process. If the area was not mapped during setup, it will never go to that part. 4. Need to be very careful of any lose hanging wires as it gets stuck in them. 5. If the doormats are not glued to the floor, the deebot gets stuck with it. 6. If anything is stuck to the floor(like sticky food) that cannot be picked by the vaccum, the deebot is not able to clean it. There will be many more pros that we will come to know as we continue to use the product. But i want to confirm that this product is a very good investment in a Indian household. Since househelps are very inconsistent and lack attention to detail, the deebot does everything that a househelp doesnt. Also, special mention to our Demo partner Pranay who continued to stay in touch with us on whatsapp to help during any issues we came across.

Bought this for the extending mop, hoping it would beat my Roborock Q Revo S... my GOD! (1) It's super noisy (2) The app looks a lot less good and is less functional that Roborock (3) Even when mapping my home, it gets lost. It passes through a narrow gap to get to another part of the house, then cannot even find it's way back. If you have a big house or a house with narrow gaps, such as a hallway where multiple doors open close to each other leaving only narrow gaps if you want open all doors at once, get a Roborock Q Revo or Dreame X40 instead. I'll be buying a Dreame X40 as I really want a robot that can mop right up to the wall. Ecovacs T30 should do that, unfortunable it's navitation and noise is a bust.

Después de 4 mes uso puedo dejar mi comentario. Va muy bien . No le gusta subir a la alfombra con pelo alto . En otras alfombras se desgaste muchas modas . No se levanta o es mi alfombras muy gordas . Pero sin alfombra va genial . Le compré antes de operarse por el túnel corpiano y uso asta hora cada día . Me gusta este robot
