I’m notorious for cutting myself when prepping vegetables, but this "SupMaKin Upgrade Safe Mandolin Slicer" keeps my fingers completely out of harm’s way. It slices quickly, evenly, and with very little effort. Cleanup is easy too — everything rinses off nicely without food getting stuck, and it’s dishwasher safe. Storage is a breeze since it folds up neatly to tuck away when not in use. The instructions are clear, but when I’m cutting multiple items, I sometimes forget which way I last turned the dial and forget to zero out the blades. Not a big deal, just something to keep in mind. Overall, this is a well-made, safe, and efficient slicer that makes chopping and slicing vegetables fast and stress-free.

This slicer is great! I haven't had it yet but a week but already I have used several times on a variety of fruits and vegetables. Didn't know how much I needed one until I got one. I dehydrate fruit and vegetables and was slicing the old school with a knife but lately have had some hand issues and decide to bite the bullet and get a mandolin slider but did not want to go all in for one of the really expensive ones. I love that it slices very accurately, has many different settings and is easy to setup, besides being easy to store. Love...love...love! Now I cannot speak to longevity especially as it comes to the blade, but it appears well built and made to take some hits. I no longer dread slicing things up, especially when I need to get it down quickly.

I love this thing! It is easy to put together and take apart for cleaning. Cleaning is easy with the brush tool. The blades are super sharp, so keep fingers away and use the food pusher. It slices the vegetables to perfection. I love that the thickness can be adjusted for everything from making potato chips to French fries. Besides potatoes, I julienned some beets and carrots for a slaw, sliced onions, shredded cabbage to make a 2-quart jar of sauerkraut, and cubed potatoes and onions for fried potatoes. I've used it almost every day since it arrived. It works great! It takes vegetables up to almost 3 1/2" wide so it will take large potatoes. This is my new favorite kitchen tool, and it was well worth getting one!

I've only used this item so far, to make scalloped potatoes for Easter, but it did it's job perfectly. I was pleased with how easy and quick it sliced up all those potatoes. To start eanpotstoe thou, I did find I needed to hold in place manually so it would slice on the side I want less, but I immypur the guard on. I've sliced a finger on my first mandolin from not using the guard. Good product.

Great slicing tool fast work in the kitche. It can thin slice and thick slice. You can slice standard size potato fries and julien type thin fries as well. It is easy to assemble and disassemble, and dishwasher save. Saves a lot of time when preparing for a large platter of fresh veggies for a party.

Loved this mandoline slicer! It was so easy to use and safe! I love the safety features and the comfortable handle! I was able to put the knob to range 3 and efficiently and neatly cut thinly sliced scalloped potatoes in under four minutes for a large group event!! It was so easy and time saving!! Definitely a great purchase!!

Such a great kitchen tool! Makes cutting french fries and scallop potatoes so easy! There’s dozens of other shapes and features to it that I can’t wait to try out.

The slicer is really effective! The blades are very sharp but the chute makes it safe . It completely disassembles for cleaning. However, once you pull out the main sled from the housing you need to be very careful with the exposed blade. I slice very thin ginger and celery very quickly. Note that you are limited by the size of the chute.

Really efficient for slicing,dicing and alike - it takes longer to clean and store it after using it :) - so it's great for larger than average quantity. Kind of noisy though when reaching the lowest position.
