Okay, let me tell you about If Love Had a Price. It's book three in the If Love series, but seriously, you can jump right in – it's a standalone with no cliffhanger! It's a super steamy opposites attract romance, and I really enjoyed it. The story kicks off with the FMC hiring the MMC to find dirt on her dad's sketchy fiancé, but things totally take a turn when she starts seeing her new employee as the man of her dreams instead. The characters feel so real and well-written, and the plot kept me hooked. There was even a twist at the end that I didn’t see coming, but it was a fun surprise! Loved how the author brings back characters from previous books; it just makes the whole world feel bigger and more immersive. Oh, and the spicy scenes? 🔥 So hot and well done. I always enjoy this author's writing and can't wait to see what happens in book four!

3.5⭐️ omg the journey I've been through with this book. started reading it almost a year ago and soft dnfed it because I wasnt in the mood. decided to pick it up today randomly and finished it in a day. I think it was definitely right book, wrong time type of thing. this was cute, but im happy im finally done with it so I can move onto the last book in the series 😭

I absolutely loved this book! I read the other series before this one and it was nice to get a backstory for Nate Reynolds. Olivia and Nate are so different but so similar with the things that matter. This was a nice read after reading Blake and Farrah.

Huang's novels center around terrible families and wonderful love stories! This novel is no exception. Set in LA with wonderful location descriptions it introduces a character mentioned in all Anaverse books Nate Reynolds movie star extraordinaire. His FMC Kris is a wonderful counterpart to his easy charm and looks. She is wonderful (okay a bit self centered) but after their fake dating ploy busts, their real dating and chemistry is off the charts. The book covers their early relationship and ends with their HEA. Nice to see their start (and Nate's) and how they evolve. Sweeter than some of Huang's later work but that does not detract from the story.

This one gets 4.5 stars from me!! If Love Had a Price by Ana Huang is the third book in the If Love series. And so far, this book has been my favorite of these first 3 books in the series! This book can be read as a standalone, with the characters from the first two books being referenced When Kris first propositions Nate to seduce her awful stepmom in an attempt to get her out of her life, she has no idea that she is in for a whirlwind of a ride along the way. His only condition after the money she offers him…for him to get a kiss from Kris at the time of his choosing. Soon after they start fake dating, both realize they might be in over their heads with extra emotions. But I love the way that Nate starts to chip away at Kris’ icy exterior and gets to know who she really is. Also, fake dating is one of my favorite tropes and I ate this book up! It also doesn’t hurt that Nate definitely knows his way around dirty talk and the chemistry between him and Kris was HOT. But also the intimacy and sweet moments between them also made my heart squeeze! Kris is a strong FMC and I love that for her! I also love getting to know a different side of her, a side that isn’t shown to most people. Whereas everyone simply sees her money and rich lifestyle, she starts opening up to Nate and he can see how caring and sweet she is for the people she truly cares about. Neither her nor Nate has had the easiest life growing up and they both face different struggles in their lives, but how they share these with one another and grow along the way is truly beautiful. Would definitely re-read this book and I also listened to the narration while I read! I loved the dual POV and having separate narrators for each of their chapters!

I love Kris's sassiness; Nate's dedication to his family is top tier. I love how Ana involved and mixes everyone into the book through different relationships. Nate and Kris, Nate and his little sister, and Kris and Nate's little sister. These third act breakups which are an Ana Huang specialty are gut wrenching.

Well worth the read and this series doesn't fall short of romance and intrigue and great humor

It is contemporary romance novel with feat. of Fake dating. The storyline is really amazing.

I loved this so much! The characters are so well described and it’s amazing how they grow up with each chapter 💕 it is definitely one of my favorites from this author
