When I learned that magnesium absorbs better through skin, I tried this spray. I liked the smell and it didn't leave a sticky residue.

Absolutely love this spray, as a person who has difficulty falling asleep, I have used this every night. A couple of sprays on my underarms, stomach and bottom of my feet help me to relax. I have noticed a little bit of dry skin after long term use but nothing extra lotion doesn't fix. I also have extremely sensitive skin, and I haven't had any irritation other than on an open cut or wound so I'm cautious not to spray anything like that. The spray dries quickly and isn't sticky at all. Probably one of my favorite and easiest repurchases due to value. I am also loving the Lavender Scent which is not overwhelming like other products I've tried.

Value for money, that is why I keep repurchasinng,it dries quickly ,it's not messy, the quality is great and it works.

This stuff works. I’d been taking Magnesium glycinate supplements for migraines and helping with sleep. Heard about mag oil and tried a different brand once about 10 years ago but it stung slightly. Found this one and noticed the great reviews and had to purchase. It is GOOD. I take a bath and while my skin is slightly damp, I spray about 2-3 on each foot and massage it in for about 60 seconds. I’ll also use 1 spray on my abdomen and 1 on my back and I’ve slept really well and straight through the night. I’ve read that some felt the texture was ‘sticky’. I’ll say that I will wash my hands afterwards but it’s not overwhelming. A quick rinse of my hands and I’m good. There will absolutely be another purchase of this brand when needed. Highly recommend.

This feels and smells incredible. Never knew the benefits of Magnesium but I use it on my feet and sore muscles.
