c4 has probably the best flavor linup of any powdered drink. not that strong compared to what i use for pre-workout, but an amazing coffee substitute, and late shift energy.

This pre-workout is great and has a delicious flavor! It’s definitely on my re-order list monthly. The quality is impeccable and doesn’t cause any stomach pain or intense jitteriness like other brands I’ve tried.

I felt the energy kick in within 20 minutes, and it was smooth and focused. Do not buy! It tastes horrible, it doesn’t provide any good flavour, there’s no benefit. Only 20 servings and you don’t get the full amount! Avoid! The quality is not there, the price should not be that’s high for this product. No jitters but you don’t feel good either.

My only caution is that it contains magnesium citrate, which is a known laxative—so be mindful of your dosage, especially if you have a sensitive stomach. Overall, highly recommend for its performance and effectiveness.

Tastes like genuine poison, like the taste is so chemically and gross I don’t know how people drink it. It makes my lips and tongue burn as I drink it.
