Is it strong enough to break a car window glass, i mean if we get struck when car is on fire/accident.

Probably, but there are much more elegant and efficient solutions for that. There are plenty of small purpose built rescue tools for that, and you can go for something like a kubotan tool or a tactical pen that can break glass without taking up much volume and weight.

What is the material of the handle?

it says fiberglass in the description. i dont know wat is fiberglass but to a layman (like me) it seems like plastic type material. but dont think its weak or cheap quality. it is a very heavy and good quality hammer. i am going to buy another hammer lighter in weight so i have 2 options for my needs. hope this helps in answering ur question.
