Vraiment très bien pour diminuer l'œdème après une double opération des mâchoires. On avait essayé pas mal de choses et c'est ce qu'il y a de mieux. Le regel au congélateur est vraiment rapide et la durée de froid suffisante. Je le conseille vraiment. Attention cependant aux grosses têtes. Nous l'avons utilisé pour une jeune fille de 17 ans et la taille est juste.
